You asked at the end of the video about dumbbells, in my case I have 2 sets and actually use one lighter than the depending on the move. Some can get really challenging if you have a lot of weight. Thanks for your videos, I really love your work.
Just wanted to say thanks Mik for all your brilliant workouts. This one especially. I've followed you for over 18 months now. Only thing I'm going to have to substitute out is the burpees from your routines. Get a brief stinging pain in my 42 year old knees the day after which I can't ignore 😅 xx

Most of the hotels’ fitness centers don’t have mats for exercises on the floor. I would really love it if you can make more videos of 30 mins standing full body dumbbell workout. Thank you!
returning to workouts after 1.5 week break due to a knee injury. I was very nervous but was prepared to bail if needed. I am happy to report that I experienced no pain, took it slowly and used modified moves when needed. Thank you I was worried I would be out for weeks but thanks to your guidance I can proceed with caution. Better than physio!
