Guys, I loved this one! Some of the moves were a bit difficult but I soldiered on! I'm 64, and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 8 years ago, and I won't let that stop me! It sounds crazy but exercise even with this condition, bad knees, and arthritis, gives me optimal strength and endurance! In the last 3 years I've shed 64 lbs! I love you guys! Thank you! Movement is power!!👣
I also have fibromyalgia! I’m 43 diagnosed at 32. Exercise is definately the way to go. Since starting workouts a year ago, my flare ups have been much much less. Well done x
I recently went to rehab and got sober from fentanyl. Working out is my new drug!! I started in the facility I was in and I been home 8 days and have still maintained it. I first did your 45 minute one two days ago! MY LORD I was so sore yesterday I actually took a rest day!! lol but I also kinda hurt my foot running in horrible shoes. It’s better now tho. Today I did this one even tho I was STILL SORE. It makes me feel so great. I would just like to thank you guys. It feels good to be able to feel good again, without using drugs. 32 days sober today. I ain’t gonna lie I kinda like the pain during it too! 😌

Don’t normally comment but I’ve been lifting for two years and hate any form of cardio. I challenged myself and completed the entire workout and I actually felt good. I was dying but wow, I can’t wait to do this again and build my stamina !! Great workout ❤

FANTASTIC workout. Finished my cardio rehab after a "widow maker" heart attack in December even though I was fit and watched my diet. these guys rock. I am a martial artist for 25 years. I 'm used to tough workouts. I am 54 year old and I am still doing flying crescent kicks as high ans as fast as the younger students. I had read that when you go through menopause that you should not do high intensity workouts but I think because I have always been an athlete my body was missing it. My husband who is my teacher mentioned HIIT workouts, I found these guys and I LOVE THEM! I do this twice a week between my martial art classes. Do it you will feel awesome...

Today was my HIIT training and I happened to notice your video and decided I would incorporate this HIIT training in today's routine. Am I glad I did!! Had to take some extra breaks and rest more, but completed each exercise, both sets. Feeling fabulous after this one. Thank you so much for the simple but effective workout. Loved that this involved no jumping.
Good morning guys 😊, wow! This was really challenging, I always struggle with reverse lunges, can't get the knee to the floor. So I did as far as I could go. Somehow I got to the end and finished with the weights I started on. Definitely hard for me but feel better for doing it. Now to lie down 😅😅. Thanks again for all that you do ❤❤.

SRC 2023: Week 3 Day 5 : I got a great pump and sweat from this one; it was challenging, but in the right way. I utilized 15 lb. weights for the first set and 10 lb. weights for the second set.

I’m recovering from thyroid surgery and bound and determined not to lose my motivation due to the side effects of no longer having a thyroid! I've been doing your videos for the last couple of months. I'm still a beginner but I really wanted to give this a try. I made it through the first set, started the second and had to call after the squats. I'll definitely try this one again.

Didn't have a chance to comment in the past few days' videos but here I am back! I tested my injured groin area by doing all of the movements in this workout and it still hurts a bit so I will take it easy tomorrow and next week until I'm fully recovered. Super excited for the weekend ❤

I am new to this channel. found you by googling 30 min dumb bell workout. i just finished the whole workout. I replaced lunges with squats and weighted punches. I loved it. Am trying to stay away from cardio really, so this was perfect...i was sweaty but didn't feel my energy was depleted. Please can we have more of this!! And with some pumping motivating tunes too i will definitely be coming back for more.

Amazing full body workout! I needed a new full body workout as I was growing tired of my last routine and came across this workout. This workout really hits all body muscles. I loved it! Will hit this at least 3 times a week and will do my stationary bike for the other 2 to 3 days
yeah, sweating alright indeed! very nice! i found it little bit too much for the knees, as most movements include knee-bending, but i loved it still the same!
This was dope!!! Could do only till 85% as I was short on time. And now I need help walking down the stairs. Totally loved it strength + hiit. Keep them coming guys.

this one was bomb @JuiceandToya!! I have done it before but this time I pushed myself to stay on speed with you guys and I used a combination of 10,15,25lbs weights .. as my legs are stronger then my upper half so the counter balance squat I had to use a 10lb. I'm sweating like a big :) Didn't get to do my usual 5am workout this morning so I had a toddler playing with me as I did it .. ahaha not so easy. Its 11:33am and I'm done - yahoo ... Feeling great sweaty , face red, and arms a bit shaky lol Thank YOu

This was definitely a challenge but I loved it and I really liked the format of each exercise being strength and then HIIT. I’m tired and sore but feeling SO much better in lots of ways after completing 3 weeks of the challenge so far.

I've been doing your videos for the last couple of months. I'm still a beginner but I really wanted to give this a try. I made it through the first set, started the second and had to call after the squats. I'll definitely try this one again.

Didn't have a chance to comment in the past few days' videos but here I am back! I tested my injured groin area by doing all of the movements in this workout and it still hurts a bit so I will take it easy tomorrow and next week until I'm fully recovered. Super excited for the weekend ❤

I am new to this channel. found you by googling 30 min dumb bell workout. i just finished the whole workout. I replaced lunges with squats and weighted punches. I loved it. Am trying to stay away from cardio really, so this was perfect...i was sweaty but didn't feel my energy was depleted. Please can we have more of this!! And with some pumping motivating tunes too i will definitely be coming back for more.

Amazing full body workout! I needed a new full body workout as I was growing tired of my last routine and came across this workout. This workout really hits all body muscles. I loved it! Will hit this at least 3 times a week and will do my stationary bike for the other 2 to 3 days
yeah, sweating alright indeed! very nice! i found it little bit too much for the knees, as most movements include knee-bending, but i loved it still the same!

this one was bomb @JuiceandToya!! I have done it before but this time I pushed myself to stay on speed with you guys and I used a combination of 10,15,25lbs weights .. as my legs are stronger then my upper half so the counter balance squat I had to use a 10lb. I'm sweating like a big :) Didn't get to do my usual 5am workout this morning so I had a toddler playing with me as I did it .. ahaha not so easy. Its 11:33am and I'm done - yahoo ... Feeling great sweaty , face red, and arms a bit shaky lol Thank YOu

This was definitely a challenge but I loved it and I really liked the format of each exercise being strength and then HIIT. I’m tired and sore but feeling SO much better in lots of ways after completing 3 weeks of the challenge so far.
