- Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for an express full body routine. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Yes to more twenty minute workouts. The pace was great. I burned an amazing amount of calories without passing out from exhaustion. The weights were challenging but I finished and look forward to doing this video again.
