I love your full body band workouts! I’m a cancer survivor and post several major surgeries. Band workouts are so much easier on the joints for those of us that have been through it. I’d love to see some more workouts with the longer handle bands that run 20-25 mins too. Or even a monthly challenge with band workouts. It would truly be amazing. Keep up all the inspiration!! And thank you for what you do!! 💕✨🙏

Good workout, I managed to keep up with my gym training while overseas in Europe, I’ll be honest I felt more of a burn with the resistance band than I did with the dumbbells.
Beautifully presented simple but challenging workout with great varied exercises. 2nd today of the 30 day everyday workout challenge. Onto now some abs and chest :)
I did this one yesterday with my stretchy band that has no handles and it was doable! This short one is great for days I have to get going very early 😸 I will definitely do this one again and again....

Love love love this workout! Currently traveling with some borrowed resistance bands and so I plan to use them a lot the next couple months. What are the main muscles being worked in the second last exercise with the side lunge and push up. Just the push up part please? I broke my arm not long ago and that one feels really good for my arm. I’d love to know which muscles I’m working with that push up movement though!

I’ve been weight lifting for almost a year but it has hurt my neck. I tried a work out here three days ago and again today. So far no neck pain and I feel like I got a great workout. Can you tell me about what size bands you use and the length. Thank you!
