    My favourite morning workout! Hard, but enjoyable and very effective! I do it 2-3 times a week and after a month the body looks nearly as a the trainer Christine :) If I do not have too much time or do not feel super well, I do just 1 cycle that take 15 minutes - this amount of time in the morning anybody can invest! Thanks!

    I am so happy this is still up. I first did this workout when it was first uploaded about a decade ago and have done it on and off so many times since. I have never found a better handled-band workout! Thanks Christine

    57 years young. Today was the first time I worked out in years. It was tough. I made it through most of the exercises. Looking forward to feeling better and toning up. Never give up!!

    Christine is definitely one of my favorite trainers! I've never got this motivated, ever! I love the way she navigate through the entire workout session: engaged, determined, encouraging and interactive. Her verbal cue is the best!

    This was good! I love how resistance bands get to the arms in a completely different but just as effective way as dumbbells. I love Christine's No Nonsense approach. Thanks, Gymra.

      Hi Emma! Did you get results? I am a man and just saw this lesson because my younger sister does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

    Still my most favourite workout! What I love about it is that you can do it in your pyjama, on 1 square meter anywhere - at your home, in the hotel when travelling, you do not need to jump, therefore you do not disturb anybody, you do not need a mat. And it is very effective, enjoyable full body workout with visible results! Thanks again, Gymra and Christine!

    i was shocked by how much sweat i produced. i used to attend resistant bands core classes in the past, and she is up to par with it. i dont feel like im compromising anything doing this at home alone. thank you so much for your no nonsense approach. in my rotation and added!!!

    This video is amazing! I suffer with hypermobility and gave up weightlifting a while ago because it just hurt so much at a ridiculously low weight! I haven’t been to a gym for 2 years but have started a weigh loss programme during lockdown and wanted to work out so bought some resistance bands and I have honestly seen more results doing this that I did at the gym - I’m amazed!! And my hypermobility doesn’t seem to be effected at all either!! Thank you sooo much for this video - changed my life!!

    I really love this workout. It is simple to do, but gives awesome results. I tend to have a hard time sweating, but I was sweating within the first 5 mins which is a win in my book. I subscribed so I can get more from her. Her approach is perfect!

    Love love love! This has been a staple in my workout rotations for months and has helped me build some strong muscle. I would love to see more resistance band workouts with Christine! =)

    The set of exercises is absolutely great.The moves are truly inspiring and induce their execution. Simple, easy workable, repetion ,speed are ,however, relevant.Thank you for sharing. Would love to see more core workouts.

    my partner just bought me resistance bands for my 20th birthday because I struggle to workout with his dumbells because they are always too heavy for me. This workout makes me sweat and works the muscles I need the most. I find its best to pause in between excercises to make sure I have the resistance bands exactly how I need them. Great workout routine. Let's see how far this gets me doing it 3/4 times a week.

    One of the best workouts on RUclips. But if I'm honest! It's also one of the hardest workouts. I've stop 5 times and need to finish the last 7 in half minutes left. When the muscles burn that's when I know it's working but that's also when I find myself falling on my bed. This video is in my favorites. Will finish and then hopefully one day I can make it through the entire video without stopping. I have hope and faith! So I'm on the right track. Good luck to everyone who's working out!

    This is one of the best tubing w/out. I have 3 dif tubing light med & heavy i def worked up a 😓 i was surprised bc this w/out doesn't look hard. I used the heavy one thru out the work out & i really felt it in my triceps just go to show looks can be deceiving. I will definitely be back for more!!!! thx
