Be careful when the band is under your feet when you are laying down. As soon as I thought “hmmm…hope the band doesn’t roll up my shoes and smack me in the face….” It happened. On the bright side it was super fast and I never actually saw it before it knocked my glasses off.

I was in a car accident 1-1/2 year ago, leaving me with herniated disc in my neck. Meaning I couldn’t lift weights anymore and it was the most depressing thing in the world BUT thanks to my psychologist he told me about tubing bands. And here I am LOVING your workout. Thank you for the workout. Feeling unmotivated and hurt my back, so this was deceptively easy where i wasn't talking myself out of it and I felt the burn. I switched out the leg extensions for a plank due to my back.

I have been doing this 2 to 3 times per week for one year. I find it very helpful. I am a 78 year old male. Knee bends not so good. More people should give you financial support.

okay. I have never used resistance bands before so I didn't know the rules, and I was very impatient for a workout tonight and did not use my whole brain. for anyone else who may need to know, you MUST wear GRIPPY SHOES. I wore flat, smooth bottomed shoes and now I'm nursing my nose with ice. (was having a great time until then though.)
I have hypermobility syndrome and found this video helpful for me in rebuilding strength, in the hope that it can stabilise more of my joints. It's adaptable too, as I need light strengthening ✅️ over the 🚫strethcy twisty stuff 🚫. Will subscribe 👍🏼

This is weight training ?
Well weight is a force and is the tension acting along the length of the bands, so technically it is weight training; just not per se. It all comes under the banner of resistance training anyhow.
Just purchased a set of bands as alt to weights...the bands are so awesome - no worry about dropping them on the floor or on myself. Also no worrying about overdoing a weight and possibly injuring myself. Thank you for a workout I can both ramp up as well as do daily

When I did the an one the band slipped off my feet and I went down 😂 it reminded me of that baby seal that was on the surfboard and got washed off while in the banana position

I’ve used resistance bands. Brand name Veick. They seem to be very good Quality. Still I fear a band snapping. Going to give your workout a go. When you first said twenty lbs. I can do at least 25 but after viewing your workout at 20. I know I’m going to be sore. And I do other workouts.

I'm 62, travel for a living and needed a low impact workout that can travel with me. Hotel gyms don't always offer the same equipment so consistancy was very difficult. I found these resistance bands in an old trunk at home and decided to give them a try. I've exercised along with several differnt workouts on RUclips - looking forone that seemed the best fit for me. This one was a great workout. I felt every exersise, not just during the workout, but for a significant time afterward.

Amazing! I have been looking for something like this for a while. A lot of other videos have those loop resistance band workouts which makes me have to think about how to modify for the kind of bands with handles. Question: how frequently should we do this workout per week? I try to do a gentle pilates in the morning for about 20-30 minutes but wanted to add weights or resistance bands. Should it be fewer times a week than every day?
I am really enjoying this. A question please, my triceps are very weak so am using light dumbbells instead of the band with you. Otherwise it hurts my elbows, any other alternatives with the band. Thanks 😊

Wondering if you can add longer resistance bands and maybe one that combines cardio and resistance bands.
Your back should be straight when you’re squatting
No: your back should be wherever you get the maximum glute and thigh engagement and that is different for everyone depending on built and personal kinesiology.
Just a suggestion make sure you have water to hand whilst working out. I tore my intercostal muscle and these excercises are really working to get me back to fitness .thankyou

My bands aren’t long enough for some of these and I keep sliding around on the floor.. should I just not bother with this until I can afford it?

Last move was tough but what a great workout. Surprised I kept up. Im really bad at learning dance moves and I find workout vids very similar with too left feet but this one was easy and blood pumping:)
Easy to follow, definitely got a challenge over these 15 minutes. Just getting back into shape after foot surgery, and also just starting with resistance bands. Perfect workout. This one is going into my routine!

Day 1 : 👍 it burned a lot I was sweating in the end
Day 2 : 👍 I managed to do it until 11 minutes

I couldn't do any of the floor exercises. The amount of time I had a band snap me in the mouth.....don't recommend for beginners at all
