Hi Mik - I really love using the resistance bands and your workouts are great. Please could you do a longer like 20-25 min work out, and what would be great would be a cardio burst interval in between each exercise! Thank you so much!
WOW!!! This was such a good quick workout. I needed something fast and straight to the point. Low impact on joints yet sooooo efficient and the buuurrrnnnnn. I did it twice back to back. It's so hard to find a really good resistance band workout that feels like I went to the gym. Thanks for the content. Awesome stuff:)

Can you create back friendly workouts or workouts to strength an back muscles. I absolutely love the band workout I just did it and appreciate that it is short and yet effective💪👍

I really loved ur work out I'll try tomorrow .... using ur elastic band doing squats for some reason .... you make it looks easier cause it helps you then not haven...the band over doing straining your selves

I am having a weird issue with the behind the back pulling for the triceps. On my right arm, it pinches my funny bone and I can't move my arm. My left one is fine though. Am I doing it wrong?
