I have that too 😅 but I'm also a beginner so I was exhausted after this workout and that means it is a good workout 👌🏻 maybe if you do this several times, it will get easier 🤗 and maybe because you just trained on the other leg so it's double? I think you're muscles have to get used to do these exercises 👌🏻
No its because she specifically chose the exercises to do mostly on one leg first so that it's really targeting the supporting leg so when she says opposite leg and u switch u will feel lt in the leg that u weren't feeling it in at first if that makes sense
