  • Join me for a 15 minute FULL BODY SCULPT WORKOUT to burn calories and strengthen your legs, arms and especially your shoulders. I promise you're going to feel those muscles on FIRE! All you need is a light set of dumbbells between 3-5lb. This is a STANDING ONLY workout which mean it's WRIST FRIENDLY, and LOW IMPACT with no jumping.     More 15 light dumbbells like this one! This 15 minute workout had me burning and breathless which is what I want! This was harder than most of the longer ones! Quicker and harder is where it is at for me! Thank you!

    i thought i was ready for this and started with 5lb weights 😮‍💨😓 i quickly move down to my 3lb 😅 I am out of breath and sweat was pouring the first 5 minutes 😅🤣 did what i could and will be adding this to my weekly routine 💪🏾now time to do the 4 minute cool down. Thank you Mik 💜

    Love this workout when I am short on time. And how it gets my heart rate up ( I have asthma) without aerobic activity. This helps so much. 💜

    Your workouts suit me down to the ground! Fun and innovative but not too complicated. Your words are spare and always focused on coaching form and encouraging. I have a very physical job (nurse) and I need to stay strong, keep my stamina and be injury-free. My sister (also a nurse) is now a fan of yours too.

    Was supposed to do strength training today but went for an hour of walk instead. Came back, felt uneasy so I decided to squeeze in this seemingly easy workout with 2kg (4.4lb) weights. Boy, was I wrong!! 😂 Sweat like no tomorrow ❤❤❤ thank you!

    This was great! I have an old foot injury so I'm also making modifications to workout videos that include plank. It gets mentally tiring after awhile, when I'm just trying to workout my body! This standing workout was perfect for getting my heart rate up and helping me work specific muscles without aggravating old injuries

    Love, love, love Barre type strength workouts and this one is a real burner!!! Loved that this is full body with a concentration on the shoulders!! My shoulders are on 🔥!!!!! Every move packed a punch with those light weights!!! Awesome workout!!

    This is my favorite workout with light dumbbells! I started working out with your light dumbbells videos about 2 months ago since I started having lower back issues. Please have more exercise routines like this video. I really love the routine. You’re awesome 🤩💪

    Wow, this was deceivingly, tough! I added it to the end of another workout as a burn out round, and boy did it burn me out! My heart rate was up, and I was a sweaty mess! Love your workouts!!!

    Oh girl, I just finished the first session of this dumbbell, my heart rate is very high and it's like I took a sweat bath, 15 minutes, which is as much as an hour of going to the gym, makes a person go wrong.
