Thank you so much for these amazing workout videos. I’ve been working out with you since September 1 and I’m seeing results. My preference is 15 sec rests in between but I don’t mind the challenge.
I like the 45-15 just bc it gives me time to understand what the next move is and set up properly. I felt like I was losing time on the second set of 45. Still a great workout tho 💕 I love how you add warmup/cooldown and I especially appreciate your narration/instruction throughout the video !!

I really enjoyed the more calm music on this great workout and was able to challenge myself better because of it. The variety of back-to-back movements is welcomed with 15 minutes of rest on other workouts. I like everything you offer and am thankful for having found your channel.

I did this one this morning right after your 30 minute low impact steady state cardio workout (one of my favorites for years, I call it "the pink one" :) ). I loved this new full body dumbell/pilates routine!! Perfect mix of everything and some new moves I'd never done before!! A wonderful start to the day!! And I liked the 45/45/15 format; it went by fast!
This Pilates X with your usual workout style felt significantly harder in a good way! It really kept me thinking and working hard all the way through. I love all your workouts anyway. Variety is good. You are lovely. Thank you for all your hard work! :)

Thanks for the warmup and cool down. The intensity was challenging, I bailed after just 30seconds into some of the exercises, but so good as speed is slow and mindful which helps to prevent unnecessary injuries. Thank you so much
I do your videos every day and this was my absolute favorite! The 90 second intervals were a fun challenge and the Pilates obliques series was phenomenal. I had to immediately come to say how much I loved this one. I would also recommend titling this or others like it as intermediate or advanced because it was a tough one too. Thank you! 🙏🏽

Loved this routine with lots of oblique and side of the body moves. Transitions took a minute to catch onto as a new rhythm but worked well. A little more intense!
Loved the back to back intervals and had even thought we don’t really need the 15 seconds when doing movements when we just switch to the other side as we don’t need another demo!
Loved the 45s back to back. as i am recovering form ACL reconstruction - i cannot do cardio yet but this slow controlled back to back did feel like cardio!

I like the back-to-back intervals. Feels like more of a challenge, especially when the second move extracts one component of the first move.
