It is honestly so enjoyable to listen to right now. I apologise for all comments this far - it's just such an inspiring video you and Dr Joe created! Thank you ❤
I’ve followed this channel for a few months. Every video changes me a lot. I really really hope that I can translate all of these videos to Taiwanese audiences! Maybe it’ll increase the rate of subscription.
Thank you for this episode, I never heard about Dr Joe Dispenza but I have to say that he makes a lot of sense, he is like a positive version of Jordan Peterson
I’m nine months clean from heroin. I started using in 2017 while I was a junior in college. I’ve been engaging in various practices over the course of these nine months. I got my job back as well. These practices include: - waking up early and making my sleeping/resting place tidy - I meditate for about an hour per day - I take my sketchbook with me and I’m getting back into my love for painting and art - I have my puppy now, and he’s my best friend. He comes to work with me and goes wherever I go. - I go hiking a lot - as the brain loves novelty, I’m trying to learn something new everyday - I intermittently fast - cold baths in the morning, epsom salt warm bath for evening relaxation after long work day - I walk everywhere and I take he train. I meditate whenever I sit, or I read - Good books - I’m trying to drink plenty of water and get my micros - substantial sleep! I’m could go on. I’ll just say that I feel lucky and grateful. -
Thank you for sharing your valuable thoughts and routines. It is hard being human and we are all vulnerable to unhealthy distractions and habits, but you are a great example of living consciously and with your self worth at the forefront. Picturing you in peace after meditation and creating art with your puppy sounds like heaven on earth. Thank you for the opportunity to put this in my consciousness. Love and peace 💜
To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.
Ive been sober 19 months and since the day I decided I was done I have not stopped focusing on changing “fixing” myself and cleaning up all the mess I had made while drinking a bottle of whisky everyday for years. Ive been consciously reprogramming my subconscious. It takes work, a lot of work.
HALLELUJAH ❤.I KNOW YOU ARE A TEACHER AFTER GOING THROUGH THAT DARK VALLEY AND COMING OUT TO TALK ABOUT THE MESS OUR MIND'S CAN GET OURSELVES INTO WITHOUT HAVING TOOLS TO MANAGE THEM..I was there with my vodka.. still clean and it's like I DELIBERATELY DELIVERED MYSELF INTO WHOLE OTHER REALITY.I have much compassion now for addicts since I lived through it and know how to manage my thought life with UTUBE TEACHERS LIKE JOE D. AND BASHAR❤❤❤
I am from Afghanistan, and every day I listen to one of your RUclips videos. I like you, man, and it helps me in this difficult time. Thank you for everything. ❤
@@mudasermohammadi67 Pardon my ignorance but I was pretty well certain that in Afghanistan (in the past years at least I cannot speak for the present) Western Media influences weren’t allowed and in many cases blocked all together.. but still to view, promote, possess etc. any sort of materials of western media influences could land one on the Taliban shit list, very likely killed..?? My instinct tells me just because you are “from” Afghanistan doesn’t mean that you currently are living there, and I wrote all of this for nothing (ZONK!)
Steven, as a follower of Dr Dispenza's work (I have seen at least 50-70 interviews with him) I have to say that this interview has been the best I have seen with him. You managed to draw out a part of Joe Dispenza that I haven't seen it before in all those interviews. You manage to draw out answers that he had not shared before and show another side of himself. That is because you are such a natural genius interviewing your guests. I'm more than thankful for that. Good luck with your magnificent changes (it looked like you have some issues you wanted to change... go for it tiger!!)
So much wisdom and advice. At 76 I'm taking serious steps toward trying to change my outlook on life. I have been dealing with so many disappointments, trauma, and chaos all my life. I hate growing older because I did not achieve what I wanted. I had excellent health for 60years and suddenly everything changed. I realized that in order to complete my life healthy, peaceful, and reasonably happy I have to erase the horrible tapes embedded in my brain.
I really wish you the best of luck. At 76, you deserve to be happy. I hope you are able to find all the peace and contentment and love you're looking for.
I’m a stage 4 cancer survivor. While I’m cancer free now I feel I’m in some of the worst struggles in my life financially, mentally and emotionally. My search for mental discipline has brought me here. This podcast has given me new insight and hope. I’m on a mission to change my life! Thank you for this new information.
Having my body and mind hijacked from illness, the medicine or the treatment. Executive function was almost nonexistent. Learning to respond (just hear whatever it is) instead of reacting in the moment out of the feeling or a trigger has been so helpful. The meditation helps!! Good luck 🙏
Wow wow wow Jake! This is amazing and makes my heart swell for you... we lost my dad to 4th stage lung cancer a year ago. Stories like yours aren't as common as you'd think, but they exist and were what got me through the experience with my dad prior to him passing. I stayed so hopeful right to the bitter end because I fully believed he could heal.. because there ARE stories like yours. Please never stop sharing that. ❤ you have no idea how inspiring you are. I could not have gone through any of that with my dad if not for my full belief that he could heal. Problem is he needed to believe it too, and though my belief definitely helped prolong his journey, it couldn't keep him here. Please, never ever stop sharing. You are the HOPE. ❤ 100%
im near the poverty level in california : is that like cancer? i want you to inform me. if my idea of out of control is better than i think. i would love to think my stupid station in life is a proximal step to what you need to change tomarrrow.
"what if the worst thing that happened to you is the best thing that happened to you" - it just made me cry when he said this. My father passed away when I was 17, now I'm 35. This single event taught me so much about myself, made me so emotionally strong. Helped me countless times to help others. It eventually made me into a spiritual person which fills my life with hope and joy. And I still feel close to my dad because of this. Love to you if you are going through a tough time, it will get easier, you can do it and you will get stronger because of it. Go in love and you won't go wrong ❤🙏✨
My Dad who was my best friend and cheerleader ended his life 10yrs ago. And I feel the same way you do. That pain was my biggest catalyst and made me who I am today. And I've had visitations from my Dad that have proved to me that nobody is ever really "dead," they just move into another dimension- but they're always with us, guiding and protecting us. Love and Light to you 🤍
I love Joe Dispenza. I have been a faithful student of his for 10 years plus. I went to a progressive day seminar in 2018. Read all his book over and over, did his online progressive. I changed my mind from the depressed suicidal person in my 40s. Now I’m closer to 60 and truly like ME with all that I AM. This man's knowledge and research has transformed my life. I practice new habits, learn new information and create a new me consistently. I honestly love my life. fr
I’ve been a follower for at least ten years since Breaking the habit of being yourself. You are so right and please ignore the other comment because we should be constantly evolving and you’ve achieved a massive transformation and that definitely doesn’t happened overnight.
As a piano teacher, I strongly encourage anyone in any times of their life to take piano lessons. Your mind will never be the same. You will slow down the aging process of the mind and functions of the brain
I am 45 and started taking piano lessons last year. I have not experienced such level of exhilaration probably ever. I can feel my brain changing, I can feel the learning and unlearning, the transformation. It’s absolutely amazing experience and I wholeheartedly agree!

2 years alcohol free. despite countless relapses, rock bottoms, embarrassing moments, and dangerous situations, i didn't change until my image of myself changed.
Yes, that's necessary to even start playing piano. In a toxic relationship, all our energy faints, almost. Just get away! But many women don't have money /economy to get away, we shall create safe places where women/ men who escape toxic partners, but needing a safe home for some time, can stay, in. Somehow we must gather, and rise funds for big houses, farms, etc. (with Pianos, guitars, flutes, happy chickens/ hens who deliver healthy eggs, etc..collective kitchen, all good tools) That's not being "feeling sorry for them!", That's the way to give all persons a new opportunity, to live happily and blissful.) It's:"Love In Action"!!!❤♾️❤🌤️🌎 🐎🐎 ☺️🎼🎶🎹🪕🎺🪘 Drumming is also, together in groups, super therapeutic.. I've done that in Morocco, in the mountains & Sáhara, through all night, changing rhythms in a magical way..and next day, I was like A New Person!! (Ofcourse, our western, modern civilizacion does not do that.. But I assure you; It's a wonderful, renovating, happymaking thing to do!) Lots of Love, Sissel 🇧🇻🫂😘😘
You create you own reality, wether you want it, like it and know it or not. If I were you I would try to find out why you are attracting those kind of people into your life, and change that. Then your life would change. All the best.
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@SantiagoWyatt- The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
His book kicked off my reçovery I was addicted to every elicit drug including decades of methadone crack, cocaine fentanyl homelessness, obesity, eating disorder cutter, cigarette smoker, lifetime booze over it. Four years I just celebrated four years clean and sober because of joe dispenses information❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
"it maybe you are addicted to the guilt and not the sugar" ..... right there, i saw how i have set up my whole life ... addiction to pain and suffering ... i could weep for joy. what a profound realisation. so grateful thank you ❤🙏
I wrote in my book Beyond Happy: Formulas for Perfect Days that most people are addicted to anger, resentment or guilt. This is the biggest addiction we have, yes.
Glory to God. Jesus is our healer. 👑God gave us the body we have and we are just discovering all we can do with it, but it is He that allows for these beautiful miracles to happen. All good things come from Him. 🙏🏼congratulations. 🎉
If you're watching this right now + you want to change your life, listen all the way through and then go and do some of his work, he is incredible and has changed (and saved) many peoples lives! 🙌🏻
I went to Joe’s website and there is a global meditation walk scheduled for September 23,2023. I’ve found a location nearby. I so want to participate. I’m so excited! I’m hoping to find a location by the ocean!!! How beautiful that would be!!🤞
@@journeylvr Attend one of his events in Cancun. It’s right on the beach, a wonderful meditation. Also I’ve done the same meditation along the Thames. Equally powerful.
Dr. Joe's intentions for the day: "I want to be relaxed and awake. I want to be present with everything I do. I want to stay in my heart the entire day. I want to be inspired by the idea of helping people change."
Amen < 3 Very well said my friend. I totally agree with you 110% !p Cycloben is so great it has saved my life! Gid's natural manmade plants including cannabis & hash . Lol xD
I got held hostage & raped by my mother's 2nd husband wheni was 7 on top of that my mom let it happen to me ever since that it's so hard to be social with ppl and i isolate in my apartnent nearly 24 hours everyday
investing in yourself is the most valuable thing you can do. Discipline is often misunderstood, but reading Bruce Thornwood's "Unveiling Your Hidden Potential" gave me the tools to build it and distinguish my mindset from others.
I`m getting chills just by listening to this conversation! I`m currently going through a massive transformation from someone who suffered from depression for 15 years to a place where I can`t even imagine how & why the hell I was depressed to begin with. What he says about the power of change and how when the transformation starts happening you will want to continue and it will become a habit - it will become easier and easier each day is completely true! Yes it might take a long time to see a massive shift, it took me a year and a half, but small changes happen every day and every day you feel just a little bit better about yourself ❤ so don`t give up!
Exactly! I just keep chugging forward with it. Bit by bit, I am making changes that have given me momentum. It’s been about ten months I guess, if that. In all honesty. I have seen pretty big shifts in me. Daily depression and anxiety is gone. I still spiral downwards sometimes but I know exactly WHY and I can get myself out of it (living the old story again!) much more quickly. It’s amazing, the changes I’ve seen. All sorts of things on the outside of me have changed as well. By and large, interactions with people are more positive than they ever used to be. Money is coming to me from unexpected places, my work is easier, I’m more efficient, I sleep better, I lost 15 pounds with no effort or change in eating habits. It’s nuts.
@@jaimerr8826 it wasn’t just one simple thing, it’s a journey and piece by piece you create this big puzzle which for me was a big lifestyle change. First, I started regular therapy. There I unraveled my traumas, triggers and thought patterns, got support and tools to better manage my depression. I started reading about psychology and the power of mind, about depression (this can be triggering) to better understand how it works. I also started reading more “spiritual” books - The Power of now from Echart Tolle was a big revelation I started meditating, doing affirmations and journaling every day When I realised how badly I treated myself (my body, mind & spirit) I started paying more attention to this and changing the habits NATURE! Spending lots of time in mature has really changed by inner landscape Getting rid of or resolving your triggers Doing more of the things that bring you joy - it’s an obvious one but still we too often forget to do it Being more aware of the present moment, making small things such as drinking morning coffee outside a sacred ritual Listening to happy music that I can dance to (I love disco house) Talking openly about my depression & anxiety - such a relief really! . . . There’s a lot here but I added each thing slowly and gradually it changed my perspective, my habits, my lifestyle. We are all different and what works for me might not work for you. You need to embark on a journey of self discovery and implement healthy habits that nurture your body, mind and soul - only you will know which they are 🥰 I hope it’s not overwhelming and just know YOU ARE DESERVING OF ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD ❤️❤️
I've been retraining my brain for the last few years , listening to Joe every day and other teachers , Abraham Hicks , Florence Scovel Shin . My life has done a 360-degree turnaround, and my health , money , and my manifesting skills are going from strength to strength. I would just like to say a HUGE thankyou Joe you are a legend ❤
Hi me too! Love what you said! You would also love Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now" once you get all this reading this book can really let yourself be in the moment, I have seen Dr.Joe 3 times in FL. his work is magical and combined with Eckhart it is Sumblime.xxoo A
same I was thinking that for those who believe in Christ, all they need to do is study the scriptures, pray and trust in the power of God and the rest of the stuff such as peace, etc will be taken care of automatically by the Holy Spirit.
Man the knowledge shared in this video is deeply interesting to me. But I fear that because God and what He says about the devil, and our sinful nature is not considered, these people will unknowingly be led in directions that will favor Satans agenda to defame God and keep us out of heaven.
"just show up as the person you would wanna be around if you're feeling that way" my goodness! best advice to support your loved ones ever ❤ thanks for the great content
Steven ALWAYS asks The 👏 Best 👏 Questions 👏 Steven doesn’t argue or debate the guest, he just asks the question and receives the answer to ponder humbly and respectfully. Thank You for this! I don’t listen to many podcasts but I thoroughly enjoy Diary Of a CEO. Dr. Joe is 🔥
Please share what's the book touch's on . I love him. First time seeing him. He can help so many. I'm absolutely so impressed to see such a different dr who actually offer true cures. He can help so many. 😊
@@stevesteiner7220 it's absolutely the strongest magick i'm able to replicate fairly quickly and cheaply. "the masterkey system" by "the masterkey society" is probably the best book on the topic i've got, it's 100% free. meditate 15 mins a day for 3 months and watch the doors open. read the book.
Dr. Joe's work helped me to stop intense, long-term chronic pain, all from my bedroom. To the last question, my immediate response was to teach meditation in schools. When Dr. Joe started by answering the question with education, my jaw dropped. I'm a high school teacher in a challenged school. I give my students extra credit if they want to try out meditation or breathwork. I'm hoping this will help them as they experience more life. I'd love it if more teachers knew what was possible.
I’m really encouraged to read this. I’ve been dealing with back pain for a while and it interrupts every part of my life. Can I wake which of Dr Dispenza’s techniques you used, or books of his you found helpful? Thank you 🙏🏻
@@AnzalAdam-w8n I read the last three books that Dr. Joe wrote, watched every documentary that he's been in, and did the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation every day for six weeks. When I did this, I had huge releases of blocked energy. It was a very transformative experience. I also read several books by Abraham Hicks during this time period. For me, it was a matter of shifting what I believed was possible.
@@reidhanson4827 Hey! I started with "You Are The Placebo" and then I ended up reading "Becoming Supernatural" twice. But also, I read "Treat Your Own Back" by Robin McKenzie, and doing those practices helped me a lot. I know that each case is different. What I had were 3 herniated discs in my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine by being rear-ended twice in 7 months. I really do help that what you are dealing with gets better very soon!
Three fluids are carrying information water, blood, and red wine. Water is going through the mountains and carries information. Now I understand why he drinks so much wine.
I remember years ago when I was in church listening to a sermon about faith. I remember feeling so inspired and empowered. I’ve always struggled with a speech impediment (a stutter) and had a hard time communicating. I remember feeling so empowered tht something changed in me. I had a meeting afterwards and spoke so well and confidently. I remember ppl being so amazed by confidence and the way I spoke. I’m saying that to say what Dr.Joe is saying is so real. Thankful for his work
❤🎉Wonderful 🙏 remembering who we really are extends itself out from the life of Jesus to Quantum Physics….. From Prayer to meditation to just simply knowing…. We are so much greater and more powerful and more connected to God our father than we could ever imagine. All Roads lead back to God all Roads lead back to the truth. I also do a course in miracles and Bible studies and Dr. Joe studies and I see the truth and all of them.
The thing is, all life happen now, so if you realized all the you want is now, that when things happen, there is no path toward tomorrow, cause tomorrow is now, so is past playing in mind now. When prayer, see the things now that you pray. Jesus mentioned it in bible, but it was difficult for people in that time realize it.
Dr Joe dispenza is my most favorite human. His work, his humbleness, his philanthropy, his passion for true human healing by far outweighs anyone else, imo. I’ve healed through his work. So grateful for him. This podcast was a delight to hear a more personal side of Joe.
I always judged you as another self-help guru but truly didn't realise how many people actually benefitted from your work. Even if your ideas don't work for everyone, you've helped change so many people's lives for the better, thats enough for you to keep going!
The first time I heard Dr Joe speak was in a documentary called Heal. When he said, "What if the worst thing that ever happened to you turned out to be the best thing that ever happened?" It changed my life forever. Once we learn that life is always happening for us, rather than against us, we become free ✨️ 🎉
The first time I saw Dr Joe was in the documentary theatrical release "What the bleep do we know?" 20 years ago. I was just thinking that thought when I saw your comment. ☺️
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🧠 Our thoughts can impact our health positively or negatively; understanding and changing them can lead to wellness. 02:06 🧬 Habits are automatic behaviors formed through repetition; breaking habits of the old self and reinventing a new self can lead to significant change. 05:03 🔄 Habits can work for or against us; conscious awareness and change can lead to positive habits and improved outcomes. 07:22 🔒 Traumas and behavior patterns can be changed through conscious effort; belief in transformation is essential. 09:08 ✨ Stories of profound healing and transformation challenge limitations and inspire change in others. 14:09 ⚡ The process involves learning information, repeating it, embodying it, and creating new experiences that align with desired outcomes. 18:08 🧠 Thoughts matter; repetitive thoughts shape choices, behaviors, experiences, and emotions. 21:10 🔄 Continuously thinking the same thoughts can create a cycle, affecting choices, behaviors, and emotions; new thoughts can lead to evolution. 23:02 🔒 Transformation often requires reaching a breaking point, leading to a shift in habits, behaviors, and priorities. 24:09 🧠 Change starts when people become aware of their thoughts, actions, and feelings, leading to a shift in their consciousness and behavior. 25:03 💡 Don't wait for external circumstances to change before feeling emotions like success, love, or gratitude. You can proactively elevate your state by aligning your thoughts and emotions with your desired future. 26:24 💪 The challenge of change is overcoming the comfort of familiar choices and stepping into the unknown. People tend to cling to their past stories and resist embracing a new vision for their future. 31:19 🧠 Changing your personality involves altering your thoughts, actions, and emotions. Mental rehearsal, where you repeatedly imagine desired behaviors, can rewire your brain and prime you for new experiences. 34:51 🧪 Mental rehearsal can cause actual physiological changes. Brain scans show that mentally practicing a behavior leads to brain patterns similar to actually performing the behavior. 36:01 🧬 Gene expression and the microbiome can change in response to focused meditation and mental rehearsal, leading to significant biological transformations within a short time. 42:17 💔 Help others by showing them change through your own actions, rather than trying to force advice or opinions. Be a source of inspiration and demonstrate what change and positive emotions look like. 43:13 🤝 Recognize that change happens when a person is ready for it. Pushing for change can be counterproductive if it doesn't align with the person's emotional state. 45:06 🌟 Encourage people to find their own insights and epiphanies by guiding them towards a state of emotional balance and presence, which allows them to see beyond their recurring patterns. 46:00 🔄 Avoid analyzing problems within negative emotions, as it often perpetuates the cycle of the past. Help people break free from negative emotional states and offer support that helps them change their emotional state. 47:40 🌍 Concerns about the state of the world and the need for change. 48:22 🧐 Questioning the reliability of information received and the need for intervention as a species. 49:04 🌐 Lack of connection, survival, fear, and negative emotions impacting humanity. 49:59 🌟 Collective consciousness and coherence essential for positive change. 51:07 ⚖️ Stress as survival mode, impacting physical and mental health. 52:17 😓 Negative emotions derived from stress hormones affecting behavior. 54:48 💡 Emotional states affecting genes, health, and well-being. 56:14 🔄 Overcoming emotions tied to past experiences for positive change. 58:06 🙌 Making firm intentions to change beliefs and emotional states. 59:53 🔄 Reverting to old patterns when subconscious reactions take over. 01:06:10 🌍 External environment's influence on subconscious reactions. 01:08:46 🧠 Changing emotional reactions to familiar people and places. 01:09:28 🛌 Rehearsing different emotional responses to trigger points. 01:10:08 🧠 To make changes, remind yourself how you want to think, act, and feel. Avoid unconsciousness by consistent reminders. 01:10:49 🌟 Maintain a modified state of mind and body throughout the day to bring about positive effects in your environment. 01:11:42 🔄 Practice and repetition lead to change. Embrace the journey of self-improvement and transformation. 01:12:09 🧘 Morning and evening are optimal times to access the subconscious mind through meditation and brainwave changes. 01:12:37 🧠 Slow brainwaves, get beyond the analytical mind, and enter the subconscious "operating system" for effective change. 01:15:13 💡 Before starting the day, consciously identify thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to change. Stay in control of your internal state. 01:16:08 🔁 Consistency in maintaining desired mental and emotional states brings about synchronicities and positive outcomes. 01:18:01 🧭 Stay away from being dragged by phone notifications upon waking. Prioritize creating a positive internal state. 01:19:09 🌌 Shift focus from external stressors to internal coherence. Sensing space and opening awareness facilitates brain coherence. 01:20:05 💓 Set intentions for relaxation, presence, and heart-centered living. Use brain and heart coherence to enhance clarity of intention. 01:25:55 🏢 Having a strong team and embodying the teachings helps manage the challenges of a mission-driven life. 01:27:00 🔀 Staying creative amidst numerous responsibilities requires teamwork and exemplifying one's teachings. 01:30:11 🌍 Dedication to the mission involves being a part of others' transformations, celebrating their progress, and being humble. 01:31:52 😌 Overcoming intense pain through self-healing is a powerful testament to the value of personal transformation. 01:32:18 🌟 Being part of transformative journeys and contributing to positive change is a fulfilling mission. 01:32:48 🌱 Embracing continuous learning, evolving from experiences, and focusing on serving better are integral to growth. 01:34:50 🚑 Overcoming a major health challenge redirected life's course towards exploring mind-body healing. 01:35:20 💡 Shifting from worst-case thinking during crises to considering positive outcomes can rewire the mind. 01:36:17 🌐 The impact of technology on Dr. Dispenza's life was unexpected but aligned with his mission for positive change. 01:37:38 🔬 Scientific research is increasingly validating the effectiveness of meditation and mind-body interventions. 01:39:00 💫 Happiness arises from within, independent of external factors, and the freedom to express oneself. 01:40:00 🌍 Receiving feedback and witnessing transformation from others inspires and fuels the commitment to the mission. 01:41:26 📄 Future goals include publishing research, impacting healthcare, and demystifying meditation's benefits. 01:43:11 🚶♀️ Organizing collective events like the Global Walk for Change aims to harness collective intention for a better world. 01:49:02 🧘♂️ Walking meditation, coherent group intention, and the potential for human consciousness to influence reality are central to Dr. Dispenza's vision. 01:53:09 🧠 The nervous system produces its own psychedelics, and mystical experiences can be triggered endogenously. 01:53:37 🔮 The pineal gland, with its crystals, acts like a radio receiver for frequencies beyond our senses, leading to profound imagery. 01:54:50 🌌 Open-mindedness and humility are crucial to understanding reality's complexity and remaining receptive to new perspectives. 01:56:02 🏛️ If president, Joe would prioritize education reform, revamp healthcare, encourage unity, address AI's impact, foster religious harmony, and support regenerative agriculture. 01:58:08 🌟 Gratitude for Joe's work in helping millions of people and sharing profound testimonials of healing and transformation. Yes 😫. A lot of people don’t realize it, but many are addicted to negative feelings because it gives them a sense of comfort. Because most likely that feeling is associated to something they experienced in their childhood and eventually became normal (& subconsciously wanted) for them. It’s like how they say, a woman who grew up with an abusive father will most likely end up in an abusive marriage/relationship!
Probably the most loving, genuine statement I've ever heard from Dr. Despensa was at approximately 47:15 "... showing people what love looks like, showing people what joy looks like, what happiness looks like... people notice that... show up as the person you would want to be around if you were feeling that way."
After about six or so years of being a heroin addict, I never figured there was anything more out there for me. This year is my 8th year of sobriety, and I learn something that is helpful almost daily still, I continue to put in work and strive to continue to grow, and learn about myself. Changing my thinking was one of the hardest parts, even after being sober, there were still so many other aspects of my brain that needed reprogramming, it always seemed unattainable , but it is possible, with a clear intention and effort. I am so blessed to have a shot at life and I don’t want to waste it.
Each day you continue to have an awakening, and you will feel good in doing so. We are all here in Earth School, to learn and grow, some people just make a detour, but you are blessed you got on the right path again. God Bless you.
I have been meditating with Joe for 4 years. First two years sporadically maybe 2 times per week. These past 2 years every single day. I wouldn't skip it if someone paid me to. When you do this work every single day you will be catapulted into the 4th dimension. Everything changes.
I could not stand it anymore. He is shouting at you, then his voice is weird, there is stupid hallelujah music, his accent is horrible esp. when he says aware, and they last one hour at least. How do you cope ?
Perhaps the answer is simple: Dr. Joe is not for you. The meditations from the last three years do not involve an altered vocal pattern. Somehow you have failed to find any of them. Try Deepak Chopra instead.
I love Joe Dispenza and his work. I came across him early on in my personal development journey and I was able to heal myself of chronic anxiety and digestive issues in less than 6 months after doing this work he talks about
I have been watching Dr, Joe Dispenza every day for 5 years and every time I listen to him, I learn something new. AND I WATCH THE SAME VIDEO. I can say the day this man was put on our planet was the day the world started to change. THANK YOU, SIR I don't think there is enough thank you in the world to show my appreciation.
I could never be board of listing to him. He has changed the world and I still listen to him and I still always learn something new. Even today I did. I love it, but I appreciate the most!!!
@AmourIntelligence I definitely have done that and honestly the best part isn’t even the stuff that I end up with. The best part is finding out that I do still have a heart but now I know how to guard it. I honestly felt like I was never going to love again. Maybe it’s not even love maybe it’s just the rush of emotion either way I just feel like it’s a dream and I never want it to stop. I wish I could give this feeling to everyone and Joe is showing everyone it’s just amazing. I am working on a way to make it more understandable to children because they deserve a better place to grow.
In 2019 my son was stillborn after horrible medical mistake. I wanted to die. I gave up. Then my body became severely sick. My body followed my mind to pain and darkness. After two years my mind finally got better and my body healed after that. I had Eustachian tube dysfunction, tinnitus, muscle pain, stomach pains sever that I couldn’t eat for weeks. Today I am happy and healthy. And after I healed I was able to have a healthy baby girl. I did what I was told was impossible for me. I still remember the day when I woke up and told my husband that I am done being sad.
I watched the full thing. Epic grossly understates it. I'm very uncomfortable by the fact that there are people this exceptional. How is this world still so imbalanced ? X (@TrumpetKing3)
@@alexandre9051😂😂😂 I actually had to check out his YT channel to find him to find out how funny this response was. I see your beliefs and i respect them. Stay blessed in your journey man.
You can give them the right answer. And they will not hear it. So true!!!! Each one of us is on our own journey. They will hear it when they are ready.
I 100% agree with Dr Joe - years of stress, anxiety and trauma led to an onset of auto-immune (psoriatic arthritis). The first thing my doctor asked me was if I had experienced chronic stress - I'm so grateful I have a good doctor, because most doctors don't understand the mind-body connection.
I can honestly attest to this. I started a morning routine and meditation was apart of it. After a few days I started observing myself and how I respond to things differently than before, it was like I was having an outer body experience while being present in the moment.
His book 'Becoming Supernatural' really took my meditations to another level, it's freaking amazing how you can simply attract the life you desire instead of believing you need to sacrifice stuff and work hard for it. Also, the theory of being addicted to our emotions should be explained much more, it's the core reason why so many of us are STUCK in our old behavioral patterns and experience so much struggle with changing our habits (or our life in general). This is definitely a very valuable episode, but I'm someone who has familiarized himself with this material for 5 years already, so it's easy to understand the concepts. But I feel that people who're new to this might find all of this a bit hard to grasp (let me know if you agree). Anyway, reading his book will definitely help with that, so dive into it! The information and the meditations will change your life once you master them, it definitely changed mine!
Those were exactly my thoughts. I am familiar with his work for over 5 years I would say as well, never read his books but watched tons of his interviews. And like you say, in many situations I found it difficult to really understand what he is trying to say, it was somewhat too technical, too scientific. This interview however gave me a totally different perspective. Perhaps I’ve changed, I did a lot of work on myself in those years so I am in a different emotional state to actually be able to understand what he is saying or he might have adjusted the way he’s explaining it. Also the interviewer is absolutely amazing which I am sure makes a massive difference. I am going to read his book, you inspired me. Thanks! 🙏
Completely agree, I felt like like his book "Becoming Supernatural" was the only thing I needed. Read it meticulously and jumped right into the meditations. It healed the horrible fibromyalgia/arthritis symptoms I had for 2.5yrs within less than a week. It was just gone, it opened my mind to believe that everything else IS possible. If you have anything going on in your life, if you have ANY wish, just try it and keep going until you get it ✨
I have listened very carefully to the interview. I learned a valuable lesson in how to be kind to myself. I am addicted to perfectionism, and my thoughts are making me sick. Because I am always overthinking when I am not achieving what I want, when I have a professional conversation with someone and I have to answer in a professionally manner, university because I want to be a top achiever. I don't know how to heal my thoughts, and what I have to do. However, listening to this interview I have an idea of where I need to work on myself and how to improve my thoughts. Thank you so much.
Both are not good for you and for me are actually intertwined together. When I feel guilt and negative emotions I'm way more likely to crave sugar and crappy foods. When I eat a lot of sugar and other junk I'm more likely to say or do something bad that will make me feel guilty.
I am an empath, I actually feel other’s pain and I am a fixer, a double whammy. It drains my energy and my soul. I have learned to set boundaries but it is hard to stick to them. We are often the playground for narcissist’s games. I.e. a simple analogy… I have a narcissistic seagull and it has one leg and hops around and knows to come to me looking for food, and of course I feed it. But if somebody else is giving it better food, then he takes off. Now this may seem harmless, because he is just a bird but the analogy that I am trying to make is that some people can play on your caring and guilt to get what they want and when they get it blame you for not providing enough or interfering in their lives. I still feed the seagull, but without fear of guilt. 😝 So what I’m saying is sometimes you attract a narcissist who knows how to play the game You get stuck trying to please them only to find out they’ll leave you in the end, when something better comes along. Set your boundaries. 👍

Listening to this reminds me of how I overcame alcoholism, homelessness, acceptance of a chronic health condition, negative minded and other trauma. I’m quite open and the most difficult task I ever did was change something about myself as you are up against you. A negative will feed into another negative but a positive will also feed into a positive. I’m years sober and happily married with a wonderful step daughter. I’m happily content :)
‘Not relevant to my emotional state’ OMG, that has helped me overcome regrets about why it took me so long into my 70s to understand what I’ve been reading and studying about all these years. It will also help me to be more patient with my friends and families who are not there yet. I will continue praying to make the most valuable connections.
I’m from Afghanistan, and every day I listen to one of your RUclips videos. I really appreciate you, man-it’s a big help during this difficult time. Thank you for everything
Good for you but you may be missing the point. This is Science not Religion...If Christ works for you good but it's not necessary for All. This information transcends personal religious belief!
Iris are you assuming one needs to be a follower of Christ for this to be effective? I am not Christian and there are many world wide who are not either, although I espouse to follow Christ like principals such as Love, Compassion, selflessness, etc.,. Dr. Joe made a comment that this is "not religious" if not in this video than in another. I am not questioning ones personal religious beliefs. I am simply noting if Christianity supports you and works for you, good, please don't assume it is my belief system and that one Needs to be religious for a connection to the Unified Field and for personal change to be effective. Thank You
@@MHarmony528 take it in a broad perspective, Most religions practise positive thinking and gratitude especially in hard times. Relating to the video thinking positively about yourself is beneficial.
"Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven within, and all will be added unto you". I love that people like Dr Dispenza are making the truths known by sages for thousands of years, more palatable for the modern mind, through scientific analysis and physical proof.
I can, Alfonso. I really can, and so can others. And that is quite beautiful. Im really glad to hear how much your life has turned around, and that you are doing better than you were. I stumbled onto this video and saw this commentary and realized that this is a place of likeminded people who understand. We have all been through some heavy stuff, but we know that the way we chose to deal with it is the only the thing that is important. Choice. Things happen that we cannot control, but we can control how we react to it. A commentary field filled with survivors. I salute you all.
I am listening to this for the second time now, and will probably go another round. How insightful, how real and honest. My brain is on fire and I’m working it. Thank you for this interview ❤
WOW, I DIDN'T THINK THE GURU WOULD EVER AGE. Joe Dispenza changed my life. I found him years ago in a horrible relationship , a blown spine, broke , in pain, underweight, and very ill . I am so so conscious and every day is far from perfect my spine is not repairable but a lot is the medical industry and how they don't provide what is needed. I have pain that still i go back to what I learned and get my life back in short order. I can get my pain level down by massive amounts. If I have a massive trauma I will rework the original program because it works. Im disabled on paper. My brain does me well. I love him! Steve do the program!
“ When the student is ready, the master will appear.” I have been doing inner work for more than 20 years, yet I have been avoiding this man for a while. Now I am so fed up with certain behaviors, old patterns, my programming around lack of abundance, lack of money, lack of love, lack of healthy relationships, etc, that I am so ready to do whatever it takes to create change !!!
Dear dr Joe dispenza… Halfway through reading your book “breaking the habit of being yourself “ I’m going through the hardest times of my life. Husband jailed for particularly no reason! Lawyer cost, almost getting evacuated from our rental unit and much more… but something inside me is calm , and the heart is strong as much as the happenings are struggle the thoughts are bright. Very slight fear from now and then and then back to calmness and dedication. It all feels like a shift a shift I’m excited to reap I want to say thank you your lessons have been a part in understanding and connecting the dots…23/8/24 I’ll come back with in update after a few months.
This planet needs more people like Joe Dispenza! Brilliant mind, I truly believe that he is making a difference in this world and helping us progress as a species. Way to go Joe. Changed my life and i am sure it resonates with many other people. Keep up the good work!
Listening to this when I wake up is going to be my daily meditation. This is the most powerful conversation to assist me to deprogramme/reprogramme etc my brain and the chemicals I'm producing that has debilitated my physical body caused through stress and fear of the past 40 plus years. No more I have an amazing future that will define the essence of who I am....and I'm dreaming BIG!
I've had 4 of these moments where I decided to make a huge change: 1) Become a vegan (now a vegetarian) 2) Deciding to love myself after watching Queer Eye followed by changing my living situation Marie Kondo style. 3) Deciding to get a ADHD diagnosis even though I was doing quite well at that moment. 4) Quitting alcohol (2 weeks ago). Not an alcoholic but I for sure drank too much out of habit. People I look up to don't drink and I really don't see myself being able to have the future I want If I continue drinking. I really don't need it to have fun. I don't know why I share this. I guess for motivation and also I'm just so proud of myself. I've come a long way in 5 years. I was heading in a very different direction but I am happy I snapped out of it. Question your beliefs! You can change!
@@brideonfire212 I would watch them :) I don't have a favorite. I realised I was like the ones they were helping out. This was an upsetting realisation of cause.. So I decided to give myself the same kind of attention. That's why I afterwards bought the book from Marie Kondo. I saw the joy and relief they felt coming home to a beautiful house. I now see my apartment as an art piece and get a lot of joy from it where before it made me depressed.
By the way still sober and my life has improved so much! I will not be going back to drinking. My with without it is much better in many ways. I feel and look healthier, I have more energy, more emotions though but I think that's probably a good sign and I since quitting have had a lot of good things happening for me... I don't think it's a coincidence.
Glad to be here with all of you people who are also in the process of continually changing your life for the better. There are times where I let my emotions get the better of me, and I would like to practice meditation more in order to control my mental state. If we want to come to a higher consciousness as a species, we must do it together. By being here, listening to this podcast, you are taking a step in search of your greater purpose and meaning. Sending love to you all.
I have been a part of Dr Joe’s community for 4 years, I continue to feel stronger and more resilient, I’ve overcome so much. I can honestly say I have enjoyed this journey of transformation. Much love to Joe for all that he’s done.❤
Dr. Dispenza is so right on so many levels, at least when it comes to my experience, it took a high amount of stress about 2 years ago for me to realize that an office job is not for me. I'm currently working on opening up my small business and I'm visualizing myself already there mentally and emotionally, this gives me the patience to remain in my current office job for as long as it might take since I do need the income to remodel the location that I own where my retail store is going to be. It's a very slow process due to no budget to pay contractors (my husband and I are the ones doing the remodeling on the weekends since we both have full time jobs at a different city). These type of RUclips videos have helped me tremendously, thank you to this channel and I wish everyone to be well!!
Love Dr. Dispenza’s work for humanity. ❤ Deprogramming the old conditioning - thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and habits. Breaking the habit of being ourselves. He’s absolutely right. ❤
His knowledge is truly useful and pretty much needed, nowadays but there is in aspect he doesn't address, at least from the resources available here: most of our negative emotions are based on invisible loyalties to larger systems (family, clan, nations..). All his work seems to be focused merely in the individual but each one of us plays certain roles in those system of belongings and when we do "the work", this can provoke huge movements in the field that not only others are not ready to deal with, but sometimes can even get the person ill and stuck in the middle of the process, like forces pushing in opposite directions.
I saw Dr Joe and before I click and listen to the podcast posted by someone else, I looked for him if he was interviewed by Steven and here I am. I enjoy watching/listening to Steven’s interview as he is great listener and asks a question on behalf of his audiences. Steven always read our minds, he knows how to dig the best out of his guests, great quality ever!
This is Mr. Joe. I've heard him last few years but I couldn't understand. But right now I'm experiencing his golden words. He is someone I respect. Thank you, Dr.
WOW 👌 ADDICTED to the GUILT! I found that very profound.. it really hit home for me. I'm the same with sugar. My adult son is the same with the messy room. 👍
I just got to know you recently. But I came to conclude that, this is the best channel I have ever encountered in RUclips. Thank you for inviting such amazing guests that teach us a decade long knowledge.
Sober since 9/13/2008. It's true I had to hit rock bottom. I learned through my work in recovery that I was addicted to the chaos and guilt. That's ongoing daily work. Thank you for these talks. It is so valuable. Your talk with Russell Brand is one of the best interviews I've ever seen. I have shared and recommended your podcast to everyone I know. My children and friends. Keep up the good work.❤
Dr. Joe has changed my life. I never knew happiness lies within. It feels good to be in a place where you see your thoughts and choose your reaction. It's true freedom
Wow ‘see your thoughts and choose your reaction’ this part took my breath away. I’ve never come across something being explained this way. The ultimate sum up of mindfulness ❤️🙏🏽
I love how he cexplains 🧠 how- when you talk about a negative experience in the past, your body responds negatively because it THINKS ITS HAPPENING NOW. Something i can relate to. When i hear that in the first video of him that i listened to, it helped me get rid of the pain of molestation. THANK YOU DR JOE 🙏 ❤
“ you may be addicted to the guilt” is the most profound thing I’ve heard that relates to my life. I would never have thought of guilt as something One could be addicted to, but I realize that is my absolute reality, which I have adopted from my father, who is one of the most generous, giving kind people I know, but always blames himself for every single thing in every situation, I have absolutely adopted that mindset. I could not be happier to have listened to this interview. I’ve been listening to Joe Dispenza since 2019 and have made leaps forward in my life including possessing joy. However, I most definitely find guilt within myself regarding everything that goes wrong. I am so happy to be aware of this so I can rewire that in my mind. What a blessing it was to watch this interview.❤
If you still struggle with guilt, try breathe work, and while holding your breath, focus on guilt . You will break the identification with guilt almost instantly , should take about a minute of holding breathe to break the pattern
I also thank you everyday - My life is transformed. I have read a great many books, studied sociology, psychology and philosophy also nutrient at university to try to understand what the hell is going on with me? Only losing my husband to cancer (Lots of hard deep crying) and then using your videos to get me back on my feet - I have carried out your instructions and I have been rewarding - I am made anew. Handwriting is unrecognisable (now not shaky) I am no longer experiencing anxiety and I fully believe that I can do almost anything with the right effort. This is life changing especially as for the first time in my life I now live alone with a wonderful highly intelligent and very loving Labrador. I experience multiple synchronicities every day. I am off now to meditate. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
His work really helped me through my dark night of the soul. I was finishing my Psych degree at the same time I was healing. His lectures really brought the science of “reframing” to life for me. I still get anxiety, but I’m able to stop myself and reframe MUCH more often. Thanks for having him on.
My mom needed a dental implant. They took x- rays and said she wasn’t a good candidate because her jaw bone was too weak, almost non existent, to support the implant post. Within a month she went back to see what her other options were. For whatever reason they took the exact same type of x-ray. The tech came back looking kind of ashamed and admitted he must have gotten her x-ray mixed up last time because her jaw bone looked as sturdy as ever. They called in the dentist. He compared the 2 x- rays, verified they were definitely both hers. She was now a perfect candidate for the implant. She grew bone material in the space of a month. Shocked everyone. 72 years old. Crazy.
What makes this interview unique is Steven spoke to Joe the person, finding a balance between what Dr Joe teaches and how Joe practices it and what his point of view is. Well done and thank you for your service.
Thank you Dr. Joe Dispenza all the way from Ghana 🇬🇭 I stambled on your video last year and my life has never been the same. As difficult as it was believing that our thoughts could heal us because it didn't feel like it. I kept coming back to your videos until i got it right. Thank you for making me realise the power of the brain.
I’m just gonna say it, I don’t trust people that doesn’t admit they have bad days, or never sad. It’s part of the human experience and no one is above it
Emotionally mature people have bad and sad moments. Not days. Emotions are suppose to be fleeting. Hence why the word motion is part of it. Feelings like grief may last weeks however there can still be moments of joy and happiness within that grief
I agree. After he said that, and started talking about all his businesses when asked about what he struggles with -all I heard was a megalomaniac narcissist🤷🏼♀️

I honestly love my life. fr

Leaving a toxic relationship is the best health tip I can give. It’s better to be alone than with another human bent on destroying you.
(with Pianos, guitars, flutes, happy chickens/ hens who deliver healthy eggs, etc..collective kitchen, all good tools) That's not being "feeling sorry for them!", That's the way to give all persons a new opportunity, to live happily and blissful.) It's:"Love In Action"!!!❤♾️❤🌤️🌎
🐎🐎 ☺️🎼🎶🎹🪕🎺🪘
Drumming is also, together in groups, super therapeutic.. I've done that in Morocco, in the mountains & Sáhara, through all night, changing rhythms in a magical way..and next day, I was like A New Person!! (Ofcourse, our western, modern civilizacion does not do that.. But I assure you;
It's a wonderful, renovating, happymaking thing to do!) Lots of Love,
Sissel 🇧🇻🫂😘😘
Where is my answer? It's not here!
You create you own reality, wether you want it, like it and know it or not. If I were you I would try to find out why you are attracting those kind of people into your life, and change that. Then your life would change. All the best.

It’s nuts.
hi what did you do to lift the depression? I'm sick of it!
what did you do to regain life?
@@jaimerr8826 it wasn’t just one simple thing, it’s a journey and piece by piece you create this big puzzle which for me was a big lifestyle change.
First, I started regular therapy. There I unraveled my traumas, triggers and thought patterns, got support and tools to better manage my depression.
I started reading about psychology and the power of mind, about depression (this can be triggering) to better understand how it works.
I also started reading more “spiritual” books - The Power of now from Echart Tolle was a big revelation
I started meditating, doing affirmations and journaling every day
When I realised how badly I treated myself (my body, mind & spirit) I started paying more attention to this and changing the habits
NATURE! Spending lots of time in mature has really changed by inner landscape
Getting rid of or resolving your triggers
Doing more of the things that bring you joy - it’s an obvious one but still we too often forget to do it
Being more aware of the present moment, making small things such as drinking morning coffee outside a sacred ritual
Listening to happy music that I can dance to (I love disco house)
Talking openly about my depression & anxiety - such a relief really!
.
.
.
There’s a lot here but I added each thing slowly and gradually it changed my perspective, my habits, my lifestyle. We are all different and what works for me might not work for you. You need to embark on a journey of self discovery and implement healthy habits that nurture your body, mind and soul - only you will know which they are 🥰
I hope it’s not overwhelming and just know YOU ARE DESERVING OF ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD ❤️❤️

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🧠 Our thoughts can impact our health positively or negatively; understanding and changing them can lead to wellness.

I’m thankful you didn’t watch all that. This guy is a quack.
Thank youuu!
"you could be addicted to guilt, not the sugar." dispensza is unmatched.
That does not resonate w me
@@jennjennsuu I completely recognize that. I felt guilty over bad decisions and I still struggle with it
I’m just trying little more luck lllł
He is truly unmatched!!!! ❤
Probably the most loving, genuine statement I've ever heard from Dr. Despensa was at approximately 47:15
"... showing people what love looks like, showing people what joy looks like, what happiness looks like... people notice that...
show up as the person you would want to be around if you were feeling that way."
Good for you my friend! I’m proud of you! Keep up the hard work! Blessings light and love to you and everyone
How did u reprogramm that ?
Which of his meditations do you do?
@@vickysays the botecs on youtube and i bought the fifth. They are just not very professionally made. Content is great. Which one do you do?
Perhaps the answer is simple: Dr. Joe is not for you. The meditations from the last three years do not involve an altered vocal pattern. Somehow you have failed to find any of them. Try Deepak Chopra instead.
Everything changes. Can you share some specific examples please?
32 minutes in and I have tears in my eyes, this chat is extremely powerful, thank you so much Joe and Steven

So did u finally stop being a nobody?😂
This is amazing, how have you not got bored of the same video 😅 which video is it? Are you doing his meditations?

Is Dr Joe even a MD or is he a chiropractor.
@@MrTaylorhumehe’s not a medical doctor. He’s a chiropractor.
Same! Psoriatic Arthritis after huge stress in my life not all the doctors get it!
Thanks! 🙏
@@Christuanet lovely! Enjoy it!
If you have anything going on in your life, if you have ANY wish, just try it and keep going until you get it ✨
Its so powerful and life changing. It’s taken my meditations up a level too & I’m practicing more and more!
@@jilli813 are you changing an illness Dr Joseph Murphy's work is more or less the same
I have listened very carefully to the interview.
“Addicted to the guilt and not the sugar.” Brilliant
Yes that one got my attention too. It's the deep underlying payoffs that we aren't so aware of that keep us stuck, not the obvious ones
So what I’m saying is sometimes you attract a narcissist who knows how to play the game You get stuck trying to please them only to find out they’ll leave you in the end, when something better comes along.
Set your boundaries. 👍

Listening to this reminds me of how I overcame alcoholism, homelessness, acceptance of a chronic health condition, negative minded and other trauma. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
Good for you but you may be missing the point. This is Science not Religion...If Christ works for you good but it's not necessary for All. This information transcends personal religious belief!
@@MHarmony528then it is you that missed the point of this video
Iris are you assuming one needs to be a follower of Christ for this to be effective? I am not Christian and there are many world wide who are not either, although I espouse to follow Christ like principals such as Love, Compassion, selflessness, etc.,. Dr. Joe made a comment that this is "not religious" if not in this video than in another. I am not questioning ones personal religious beliefs. I am simply noting if Christianity supports you and works for you, good, please don't assume it is my belief system and that one Needs to be religious for a connection to the Unified Field and for personal change to be effective. "Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven within, and all will be added unto you". I love that people like Dr Dispenza are making the truths known by sages for thousands of years, more palatable for the modern mind, through scientific analysis and physical proof.
Thank you for saying this
You people can’t imagine how much Dr. Joe has changed my life.
Thank you deeply.
Well I can also. I know exactly what you are talking about. This man is the greatest gift I have ever received.
“ When the student is ready, the master will appear.”
I have been doing inner work for more than 20 years, yet I have been avoiding this man for a while.
Now I am so fed up with certain behaviors, old patterns, my programming around lack of abundance, lack of money, lack of love, lack of healthy relationships, etc, that I am so ready to do whatever it takes to create change !!!
Apparently the one you avoid the most, is the one you need the most. All the love ❤

I've had 4 of these moments where I decided to make a huge change:
1) Become a vegan (now a vegetarian)
2) Deciding to love myself after watching Queer Eye followed by changing my living situation Marie Kondo style.
So encouraged ❤btw which episodes of queer eye?

It's a very slow process due to no budget to pay contractors (my husband and I are the ones doing the remodeling on the weekends since we both have full time jobs at a different city). ugh this book was so good! Im a bit lost on the work that is needed in the last chapters, but you should read "the body keeps the score"

Crazy.
Wow, awesome
