I loved this workout! I love how you can push yourself through anything for 30 seconds and the 15 minute rests get you through. It goes by very quickly! And you have such a calming voice.

Woo! First workout after having to take a week off after a hurricane xD I don't normally care for repeats, but with this one it was nice because some of the moves were a bit more challenging and I felt as if I understood them better the second time around. Thanks for a great workout!(:

Love these very doable total body workouts. Fits the time crunch I sometimes have but still gets the muscles to wake up and blood to flow.

I like the way you give your instructions: low-key, precise, clear. I really dislike 'you-hoos' and being geee'd up as though I were a child, so your calm, quiet, precise instructions are the best. I also like not having long rests between rounds, it's only a 30-minute session after all.
