  • Let's work up a sweat and have a good time today! We're going to stay moving today so be ready to show up and turn it up, you'r going to leave feeling sweaty and strong!

    In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in tabata style! This means your intensity is at an all time high in order to get the most out of a shorter work period! The cardio exercises can be done on the ground for a low impact modification if you need that but try to push yourself however you perform these exercises. Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this bodyweight cardio workout!

    1. Skater taps
    2. Knee Drivers
    3. Standing Climbers
    4. Lateral High Knees
    5. 4 Butt Kicks and squat
    6. Toe taps
    7. Seated Bicycles
    8. Seated Tucks
    9. Slider Plank Tucks Single Leg
    10. Canoe arm cross
    11. Sit up March to calf tap
    12. Seated Jackknives single side
    13. Heel Tap Frog Crunches

      Proud to say I completed every single day!! It was an AMAZING challenge. Loved the diversity of exercises but my favourite is always the motivational speeches ❤

    Breakthrough day e17 🎉🎉🎉I needed this workout after 5 days of sitting on the beach, ordered by my doctor! I am babying my feet and shoulder. This workout was epic, I made very little modifications, and I crushed it! Today is my 60th birthday and I am happy, healthier, and much stronger than I have ever been! Thank you so much Sydney and the Squad🎉🎉🎉

    This chick is awesome, she doesn’t have a pause button, she did this without one, I paused this video at least 5 times but I finished it and pushed through! 💪🐣

    Loved this workout and it flew by. Always appreciate Sydney’s coaching even on the last move, “keep your elbows by your ears,” those little changes that she walks us through makes the work out that much more impactful! Back on track today with my Sydney workouts!

    Thank you for bringing up bending your legs when you lower back isn’t full connecting with the floor. I was overdoing it on Sunday and now I have a sore by my tailbone. I need to dial back and think about that muscle to mind connection. Modified a couple bc of my tailbone but the other abs exercises worked great. I actually enjoyed that type of jackknife but who wouldn’t when you’re propped up. Thanks royal change team!!

      I also have a sore by my tailbone. Sit-ups are not very friendly to my behind. I hate that I have to modify and do just crunches.

    my favourite workout!! I so love cardio and abs - BUT INJURY in the high knee side steps - I got too close to my step board and down I went on my butt! hurt my sit bones and left wrist - went easy next round and it worked itself out but when we did the situps my sit bones were so sore - oh dear I can see a big black bruise forming already!! Darn it - thankful I didnt break anything! Thanks Sydney - I finished and love this workout
