In this workout you will be working for 90 seconds and complete two rounds for every circuit. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 3 exercises per circuit and then we will rest before completing the second round of them. Then to close it out we will revisit each move for 10 seconds from top to bottom to sprint to the end of the workout. Have some fun with this one!

14. Inchworm and 4 climbers

17. Curtsy reach and pull

😮I can't lie that workout was a great challenge for me, because I was feeling tired, same as Sydney feels my leg like stones, but it's because I have worked so hard this week! Reading Atomic Habits, and in the book he talks about how it's the bad workouts that matter the most, in a way that reminds me of Sydney's talk at the end. Showing up is not half the battle, it's 99% of the battle, and we're all winning hard right now!
I am here for a reason. Last year, I had injuries. I was on the sideline for the first time. Thank you for the modifications. I am thankful that I can do the workouts.
Came back to this one again at the start of a very full day. So great and that finisher is def a sprint. Out of breath! Thanks for helping me keep on track even when busy!
These ending inspos always make me think hard about life and what we say to ourselves while looking in the mirror or when we are disappointed in the outcome of something we’ve tried. Failure isn’t what we’ve been told it was…. I mean yes it means that we didn’t succeed the first time it just means we need to approach it differently the next time. Perseverance is the key to success. ❤ be good to yourself.

Somewhere between punishing myself with working out became a good session of workout where I feel strong.
Somewhere between hating on myself of failure became a burst of laughter together with Sydney when I can't lift heavier anymore.
Somewhere between not paying attention to what my body says and working out 5 times a week even when I feel like I should rest became 3 times of working out sometimes, but feeling good.
Somewhere between always trying to have the perfect day or workout I accepted that life happens (thanks Sydney Squad!).
Somewhere between then and now I started to love myself and loving workouts, doing them as a celebration of what my body is able to do. And it wouldn't be like this today if I didn't choose to choose Sydney out of every workout channels 3 years ago.

When I woke up this morning, I actually slept in, I did not want to get out of bed ... but I did, and completed this sweaty workout!! after hearing you talk, I figured that is why I slept in, from working so HARD this week doing your workouts, which I LOVE ...
