    In this workout you will be working for 90 seconds and complete two rounds for every circuit. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 3 exercises per circuit and then we will rest before completing the second round of them. Then to close it out we will revisit each move for 10 seconds from top to bottom to sprint to the end of the workout. Have some fun with this one!

    4. Lateral slides
    5. Lateral slides and burpees
    6. Burpees
    7. Forward Kicks
    8. 2 forward kicks and squat
    9. Squat heel taps
    10. Standing Mountain climbers
    11. 4 standing climbers and 4 jacks
    12. Jumping jacks
    13. Inchworms
    14. Inchworm and 4 climbers
    15. Mountain climbers
    16. Curtsy hops
    17. Curtsy reach and pull
    18. High knees with pull backs
