The 30 minutes always made me sweat more than 45-50 minutes because there's less breaks. You think it's easy when you see 30 minutes but when it's a Sydney workout it's not.
It's the Morning after our youngest son's wedding 🤵🏻♀️👰🏼♀️ lots of emotions yesterday!! Looking forward to getting my trainers on as my poor feet just can't hack wearing high heels anymore 😅 Let's do this 💪🏼❤

I started working out with Sydney in 2020 and I never thought I could some of the moves (example: Inchworms.. I hated those) and I can easily do those now. I am double her age and thought, she can but I can't. Well I tell you I am starting to see definition in my abs and I feel so much better. Be encouraged, you can do it. Keep it up

I used to hate cardio workouts in the other programs until the Upbeat program. These cardio workouts have changed my opinion on cardio. I actually enjoy these ones and get a good workout in unlike previous programs where I would put like 50% effort on cardio days 😅
Somedays it's tough to get up first thing and go... But good gravy I feel so amazing when it's done...Never give up just push a little harder... We got this way to go friends!❤❤
