    I had a mental break-through with this workout. Although it didn't feel good this morning, I stuck with it & got it done anyway, and I feel great! Happy Friday & good job finishing up the week strong, everyone!

    I mean it’s always so bizarre how a 30 min low impact cardio with Sydney will make me sweat so much

      The 30 minutes always made me sweat more than 45-50 minutes because there's less breaks. You think it's easy when you see 30 minutes but when it's a Sydney workout it's not.

    Low impact does NOT mean low energy! Wow, I really worked hard throughout this cardio session and feel amazing for it. I can stretch far better after working up a good sweat. Thanks Sydney!!

    Been loving this program and I love this style of cardio. Crushed it at 22.5 weeks pregnanct, used ankle weights and 3lb dumbells on some of the moves. I feel great and ready to take on the day. 💪

    Love love love cardio day!! I’m 52 but feel in my 20s when doing this type of cardio full class!! Thank you Sydney! PS. Pilates and pelvic floor exercises got rid of incontinence during jumping jacks!! Thank you again!! 🌸💕💪🏼👍

    If anyone is new to these workouts be encouraged. You will see results. I started working out with Sydney in 2020 and I never thought I could some of the moves (example: Inchworms.. I hated those) and I can easily do those now. I am double her age and thought, she can but I can't. Well I tell you I am starting to see definition in my abs and I feel so much better. Be encouraged, you can do it. Keep it up

    Sydney thank you for this workout. I have really been struggling with my mental health for a very long time now. I used to workout every single day and I haven’t moved my body in a very long time. Today I woke up and decided to take control. I had this workout saved to try “someday”. I did the whole thing and I feel great. Your message at the end on how to take care of ourselves really made me start sobbing. I will be back. I need to take care of myself better. Thank you ❤

    I used to hate cardio workouts in the other programs until the Upbeat program. These cardio workouts have changed my opinion on cardio. I actually enjoy these ones and get a good workout in unlike previous programs where I would put like 50% effort on cardio days 😅
