I really like these workouts because since I usually train at home they allow me to walk without having to go out. Going out is very good, especially walking and running if you are trained to run. But with this cold... walking at home I really like it.
I'm 53 and in my day, step aerobics was my favorite workout. It seems to have died off unfortunately. I was thrilled to wake up to this new workout 😁 thank you Sydney 🙏💪

I am back after a 7 day break, had a bad cold and the fatigue was unreal. I am sweating - not so great today, but I am back - will repeat tomorrow morning before my yoga class in the afternoon. Well done everyone
I loved this cardio workout, Sydney! What a blast! 💥The only step I have is a 12" box, so I used it for some of the moves, then did some on the floor. I loved incorporating the step, because I really felt the strength and burn in my quads! 🔥My HR was up throughout this workout, and I got nice and sweaty! 😅 Just the pick me up I needed and wanted this Saturday morning. Thank you so much for another awesome workout! ❤
