Oh my gosh, that was a super intense upper body PUSH workout! 😅🔥Chest, triceps, and shoulders, pushed to the max! And that last plank challenge superset was killer! 😂My arms were shaking on the last round! In fact, even after the cool down, my upper body muscles still feel shaky! 😃 Thank you Sydney! I needed a good challenge today, and this was it! 👍
