    Wow! That was a burner. Quads and glutes were burning over the weekend. I think my arms will join them. Great job everyone. Thanks Sydney

    PROGRESSIVE👏OVERLOAD 👏WORKS👏 I've been working out with Sydney, consistently, since February. Back then, the heaviest I could do Arnold presses was 8lbs. Today, my final round was TWENTY POUNDS. I am really proud of myself. Thank you Sydney!

    Oh my gosh, that was a super intense upper body PUSH workout! 😅🔥Chest, triceps, and shoulders, pushed to the max! And that last plank challenge superset was killer! 😂My arms were shaking on the last round! In fact, even after the cool down, my upper body muscles still feel shaky! 😃
    Thank you Sydney! I needed a good challenge today, and this was it! 👍

    Monday Munday - uggh - was not wanting to workout this morning - another sleepless night here insomnia SUCKS BIG TIME!!! I made it through in spite of my mind telling me dot do it this morning - I PUSHED through it - arms are like jelly hoping today goes by fast and I dont want to sleep on my desk mid afternoon - great job to everyone but especially those of us having a mundane Monday! You can do it

    Oh the arm shakes! My traps hit muscle fatigue both rounds, was asking my guardian angel to not let me drop 25lbs on my head, but guess who’s getting stronger!

    Oh my gosh Sydney! My arms felt like jelly afterwards…it was probably the most challenging upper body I’ve done so far. A burner that I will be going back to for sure! 💪🏻🔥

    I always seem to take the harder route for things, which means I'm always pushing myself to do better. I'll continue to push myself to do better with my nutrition because that is the hardest for ne right now. 🎉❤🎉❤

    Whooooooo.......omg my arms couldn't hold me up at the end I literally almost fell on my face lol. Awesome workout!! 😂 🎉 I love how abs were also incorporated in this as well.

    Today arms push workout was not a joke was a real burned, I still keep pumping although with my right arm injured, I don’t want to give up!
