I've been struggling all week so far but not giving up. I enjoyed this workout but amrap is always hard for me to focus. Not sure if its because I workout in my basement and I'm in the process of decluttering our house especially our basement that has become our dumping ground. Learning how to let go of my kids toys because at the end of the day it's just stuff that stresses me out and honestly think it impacts my kids. My daughter has already made commitments about how much nicer our basement is. Hope everyone has a great day!

@MichelleJoseph-x8h I'm not a teacher but always have that mom guilt of getting rid of their stuff. I kept ALL of my daughter's papers/art work since preschool, shes now in 4th grade 🤦♀️. It took me several days but I managed to save what I wanted and get rid of everything else. I took pictures of all her art work to put into photo books. Great job today and good luck too with purging!!!
@cole021184 I feel the same and do the same with artwork for five kids. I scan my favorites and post to a digital frame! Often I get months and months behind, so purges take a long time. But it gets done eventually and whew, feels good to send all that paper to recycling!

My favorite circuit was the double abs at the end! Thank you Sydney and Dustin! You both have changed my life. I have lost over 100lbs and have kept it off so easily from doing your programs. I have worked out my entire life and these are the only workouts I have NEVER dreaded having to do. THANK YOU ❤

Crushed it. I think my favorite combo was the biceps and triceps with the different weights. My arms were on fire but didn't give up. I am so thankful for Sydney for being our trainer and everyone in the community doing these workouts. Reading all the comments just motivated me even more. Love you all and great job everyone.
I have a friend who is always negative, and it is very hard to be around her, so I haven't stayed in touch much. It's so sad that people can't find happiness in life. Great workout. I loved each circuit so I can't choose a favorite today 🎉❤🎉❤
