3rd round through this workout and it never gets old! Even when you think this should be easy...when you're putting in the hard work and effort it's still so challenging!! Went by quickly but I'm sweaty from head to toe!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🥵🥵🥵💯

When my doctor told me I had to stop exercising almost 2 months ago due to a medical issue, I cried. I felt so defeated because I have been KILLING it this year. At that time I had only missed MAYBE 5 workouts this year. Today, I SHOWED UP! And I feel great. I am a week and a half post surgery and I REFUSED TO QUIT. I did have to modify but I never quit. I WILL get back to where I was two months ago 🥰
Keep yourself safe. You’ve got all the time in the world to workout, but only a small period to recover properly. Give yourself a break and then jump back into it!!
Oh my goodness can totally relate! Been training with Sydney for almost 2 years and was devastated when I had to have a break because of medical reasons. Felt like I lost all my progress and had been working so hard for nothing. Even now, not allowed to lift weights or do high intensity cardio😔 Hopefully one day I can get back to where I was! Until then, how good are these low impact workouts👏🏽

The instruction on the moves at the beginning of the first set rather than before the last set is much appreciated. Variety is also great. Slowness of the pace is appreciated. End lesson is great too. And, dancing at the end is back! I would love Sydney to go back to this. This comment was intended for the Strong Video Day 1.
I recently was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had to receive radioactive iodine after which I spent 2 days in an isolation room in the hospital. This video was exactly what I needed to workout in a hospital room and build up a sweat (which they said would clear out the radiation faster). Thank you so much for a positive, uplifting workout!
August 2024 BALANCE. in all honesty, I wasn’t jazzed about this workout in the beginning. I almost skipped it because it seemed like it would be too easy. I went with it anyhow because I am working on sticking with the plan. So it was next, I did it and honestly learned something’s about my body and mind. Thanks Sydney! ❤😊❤

Did this workout as part of the 'Heavy Hitters' Program. Its been a while since I did a straight cardio, I was not excited, but told myself to do my best. I took breaks when I needed but jumped back into it. I modified or changed some of the moves when I needed, but I stayed with it for the 30 mins!

Started off the week with this one after normally doing 15 minute workouts, it was tough at 7am but feel proud I finished it, now I definitely need a shower after this one.

Love a challenge especially since I have a hip replacement and this was just that -with all the kicks! As one of your older participants I have always been very fit for my age and strive to maintain this. I invested in some dumbbells when I found Sidney and it has been so worth it. When I couldn't afford them I improvised with stuff around the house, but what set her aside from other channels, for me, was that she knows how important resistance training is. It took me a long while to save up, but I've been so happy ever since.
Balance day 4 and feeling great. 3 months post c-section and pushing myself. Worked out my whole pregnancy but stopped so i could make sure i was healed before restarting.

I came into this working thinking, "oh, low impact, this should be a breeze..." Gosh was I wrong! LOL, my new favorite workout! And those leggings are fire!!
