I wanted to try something right outside of my comfort zone as we dance our way through this workout! Although these aren't technically "dance" moves, I am so excited to workout with you to the beat of the music (for the most part!) It wasn't perfect but they will get better, this was my first try with on-beat fitness! Keep moving and keep your heart rate up-and HAVE FUN with this one! Sweat and smile and burn up to 600 calories with me as we stick to the beat to keep moving!!

I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

Around the first 2 circuits I was like "This seems too easy" Once the Jack regiment started I was like "It's on." Good workout.

@@carolinehaenel5461of course. However strength workouts are more affective in a way, cardio is also good. But you cant do it everyday everytime

I've tried to workout consistently my entire life but I could never get into a routine because I would get bored and become discouraged. I did 30 min of workout today & took 45 mins . Felt little weak today but , I’m still proud of myself for pushing myself to the fullest . Will come back again stronger for this workout! I promise I’m gonna crush it !
