      I lost 42 pounds after I had my first baby in 2018(from 178 pounds-136 pounds). I just had my second this past April and I'm trying to lose all my weight again. I lost 10 -11 pounds so far the last two months(173 pounds to 162/161 currently, ). Consistency is definitely key along with nutrition! I'm glad I found these videos 3 years ago because I'm addicted to working out now. I found something I truly like, I hate the gym. My kids are everything so I'm doing this this them, 27 pounds to go💪❤

    This is my least favorite kind of workout, but because of Sydney's energy and enthusiasm I was excited to show up and crush it! It was SO tough and I'm really proud of myself for working hard!

    We have wildfires everywhere here in Oregon. My in-laws have evacuated to our home, and we are hoping that the fires won't reach us here. The air is heavy with smoke and it's so dark out. To distract my kids, I encouraged them to work out with me today in the one smoke-free room of the house. My 12-year-old and 13-year-old took me up on it. It was super fun (and super motivating!) to do this cardio workout with them. At one point, when Sydney says "You're doing great!", my teen yells, "But how do you know that, Sydney?!" LOL 🤣 thanks for being a constant in our lives in this uncertain time. ❤️

    This weekend, I plan to pack my own snacks when meeting up with friends and will go on a walk in the park every day to enjoy the beautiful weather! We will not let the weekend be our weak end!

    I find that having a treat on Saturday helps me stay on track. I try to make healthier options (zucchini brownies, protein ice cream, etc.) and I have found I am more willing to eat healthier meals if I know I have something sweet and satisfying for later.

    Crushed it!!! Loved this 50min workout, not gonna lie It was my first ever 50min workout I’ve ever done. I always dreaded and had an excuse when I saw 50min or 60min workouts lol. Came in today and crushed It and definitely enjoyed it. Thank you for always encouraging us Sydney. Truly blessed to have you as my trainer !!!

    God Almighty, can't thank you enough for everything and another beautiful day.
    Oh my goodness! What a VERY challenging workout!
    I gave it my all and i was almost getting sick towards the end but it was all worth it and i super crushed it.
    I will try to stay on board this weekend by checking my keeping up with my water intake and eating healthy.
    Thank you Sydney for another amazing workout- very challenging INDEED.

    Ideas for goals!
    1. Do more steps reco:15,000-10,000 a day.
    2. Eat more healthy and Whole Foods!
    3. Stress less! Don’t worry you can do it.
    4. Motivation: less procrastinating.
    5.ask other people what there goals are may help.
    5. Be more active move more than usual even on recovery days!
    6. Be happy, the happier you are the better your life will be, mentally and physically.
    7. Go to the grocery and look threw every line, there will be something cool and healthy there trust me.
    8. Right your personal goals!
    9. Put your favorite quote on a white board or as your wallpaper on your phone, this helps so much!

    OMG that was a tough workout for me today! I crushed it but I was struggling mentally to push through. Thanks Sydney 💪🏻💦
    Loved the pep talk at the end... you were talking specifically to me! I really need to improve my weekends nutritionally. I am going to focus on it.

    I really love these types of workouts -- they're just fun, sweaty ways to scorch calories when I'm just not in the mood for too much resistance and strength training. Loved it!! Burned around 400 calories!

    Aiming for 10k steps a day and doing your workouts Monday through Saturday. My 4 year old enjoys “working out” with me too. He always asks to workout so that’s motivation enough haha. Thanks for the encouragement and great workouts!

    So crushed it!!! Going to work out with my trainer tomorrow & enjoying a bbq weekend at home with my hubby!!! Also going to serve our local senior citizens by delivering food to them. Wishing for a hike right now, but all of So Cal national forests are closed right now. 😢😢

    You're incredible Sydney! I have been working out at home for so long but since I found you I see and feel a massive difference, I think because your workouts I can tell are well planned and trying to make us stronger not just lose weight and muscle mass, I feel stronger physically, I can now engage each and every single one of my muscles, but I also feel so much more strong mentally, and that's what I need to thank to you, thanks for not letting us give up and showing us your struggles so we don't feel like crap when we struggle too

    I used to spend $$$ for a fancy HIIT gym that left me feeling tight and immobile. I can’t believe how wonderful Sydney’s workouts make me feel. When it’s right in my home there is no excuse. I will never go back. Sydney is incredible. Thank you so much!

    This weekend I plan on doing your daily workouts in the morning to start my day off. We also have tons of yardwork to do to prepare for winter. Also will be doing a BBQ to honor the life of a friend who passed last weekend with good protein and lots of veggies. ♥️ Reading these comments makes me feel good about how challenging I thought this workout was. I pushed myself good today and gave you a personal air high 5 when you said "congratulations! You've made it to your cool down!" 👏👏

    I crushed it even though I was tired going into the workout today mentally and physically from stress. I gave everything that I had today. This weekend, I’m going to make sure that I stay hydrated. Also, on Sunday I will do your stretch and go for a walk outside to not only relax but take time for myself.     I have to say that wasn't as hard as i expected now thats not to say that I am not completely sweaty because I am. But I think not only am I getting stronger/ better at cardio but the format made it that much more doable. If she would've said 3 rounds of 45 secs I would've been hating it but those last 2 rounds of 20 made it fun. And thats saying a lot because I'm not a fan of straight cardio. Thank you Sydney for all you do.

    I sometimes feel a bit cheated because I can’t go high impact (downstairs neighbors), but then there are days like today when I’m pretty happy that I have to keep it low impact, 😆 Crushed it! And even though it was low impact my fitness tracker congratulated me for the length of my workout and energy expended!!! Thank you for another fun workout!

    In the middle of this workout, I felt TIRED. I really didn't think I could make it but you are seriously the best motivating trainer!! I made it through, pushed hard, and I feel great now. Thank you for another amazing workout!

    I NEED to start drinking far more water instead of pop or coffee. That is something that I find myself naturally wanting to do as I workout more, which is a HUGE plus. I also went out today and bought a lot of fresh veg and fruit

    I will be heading out with my kids and husband for a bike ride on the neighborhood trails.
    I find that adding spinach to almost everything helps bulk up the plate and make it super delicious and nutritious. I’ve also recently cut out all meats except seafood (shrimp and fish), and have found that my digestive system is so much happier.

    I normally work out around 9 am but I’ve been having to start working out at 5 am because my kids distance learning started and I’m helping them with that all morning. It has been tough waking up and finding out that I have to do things like 50 mins of cardio! 🤭 but I’m getting it done and giving it my all! 💪🏼

    You know when its a good workout when you are constantly blinded by sweat beads😅....I am so proud of myself because I made it through. I also used light ankle weights and I MADE IT!     And about my nutrition I’ve learned alternative recipes for my favorite treats, and I’m going kayaking every weekend after the first time I saw your story out on your boat.

    I really liked this one because there was minimal break between sets and it kept my heart rate consistently higher for more calorie burn. I workout every day, even on weekends because it is a habit. I have a 5 week old newborn, so I won’t be going out to sabotage my workouts. I’m not afraid to splurge once in awhile without guilt. 🙌🏼💜👍🏼

    As a busy, working, mom of 2, I meal plan (at least dinners!) for the week, then make a grocery store list and only go once a week. This way I have everything I need for the week and I can plan ahead to thaw meat or cut veggies and get to cooking quickly! I also plan ahead if I know I'm eating out for dinner one day or getting dessert and try to make really healthy balanced choices the rest of the day!

    Yesterday I had a bad day and no motivation to workout. Today I completed yesterdays workout and I'm feeling way better! Thanks to Sydney! I'm going to do 2 today! This was by far my favourite cardio workout! I hate when cardio workouts make me feel dizzy, (from jumping or burpees etc.) BUT this one felt awesome! Sydneys workouts always make my day! She's my #1 cheerleader. Loved the last circuit! SO MUCH FUN!!

    I'm always a week late on these videos haha, maybe someone else out there is too! I'm thinking about staying active on the weekends, I'm not great at it to say the least. I don't like to go on walks because I get bored easily and 10 minutes feels like an hour to me lol, PLUS it's a wee bit smoky where I live right now (and I don't even live in CA) and an idea struck me - I LOVE Just Dance - favorite game of all time - will be playing it SO MUCH this weekend! Fun for kids, adults, friends and family alike! I accept your challenge this weekend!

    The cool down with all the breathing and stretching was exactly what I needed after finishing the 1st week of virtual school with my two kids. Was great physically and mentally - LOVED it!!!!

    Crushed that cardio today!! My legs felt like they each weighed a ton towards the end but I stuck it out and pushed through!!! Thankful for you Sydney for always pushing us to never quit and give up! We're stronger than we think we are! Taking that mindset into the weekend like a boss! Hopefully my family and I will get away from the smoke this weekend and head down to the beach for some bike rides! You got this squad!!!

    Had a couple weeks of barely working out and eating carelessly due to my sister's birthday and going on holiday. Using this workout as my get-back-on-track motivator for college!! Gonna be a good one :)

    I was able to finish the "Fun Finisher" only because of your words. You were constantly saying there is a long cool down after it. Give your best and I really did that instead of listening of my inner voice that I am deadly tired. Thank you so much Sydney. I love you so so much ❤️❤️
