With Kayla Itsines' BBG I lost a ton of weight but I didn't enjoy it that much, (no hate at all,love her), it just didn't suit me and have PTSD from these workouts. I crushed it to finish Week 2 of our “Dirty 30” challenge. I lived the fit life today by using a 30 pound weight for the glute bridge and the lunge/knee drive. I was also able to go up to 35 pounds for the lunge/knee drive. I’m going to live the fit life tomorrow by going on a walk with my girlfriend and our dog who turns 5 on Monday. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch.
I went up in weights today! Feeling strong after 3 months of solid training with Coach SC 👍🏻🏋🏻♂️❤️. I’m also super pumped about how many cardio is able to handle all the various workouts. I feel great in the pool. I feel great on the bike. I feel great walking the dog. I feel great spending energy with my 2 sons. I feel great about my commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Love Love Love your training style.

12 days in to your 30 day challenge and I've lost 3.5lbs, thats alot for me as I've struggled to lose anything for the last 3 years due to my thyroid. I also keep being asked if im returning to the gym... nope, im enjoying my home workoyrs way to much and so much easier to fit into my busy mum/work life. Thank you Sydney for keeping me going!!❤

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my wife told me to go and rest. My MIL has been doing Sydney lessons regularly for a long time, did the full session using dumbbells ranging from 15 lbs to 40 lbs! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated 😢

Hi Jen! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was too difficult! I used only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last 16 minutes as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

I taught Jazzercise for 21 years and I remember how much energy I had at age 30 😊 now at 64 I can keep up for the most part...and appreciate your modification options. You might remember to give the option of putting hands on weights when doing any movement using support on hands (I.e. push ups, mountain climbers, etc). Now that I am less flexible in my wrists, this helps me a lot. Thanks again for your tips.

I always want to push myself more anytime I do a 40 or 45 minutes workout, so I decided to try out the 60 minutes one and I love it! This was the perfect unilateral full body strength workout! And we even had some cardio to keep the heart rate up. I loved this workout so much, and I CRUSHED it! I appreciate when Sydney encourages us to challenge ourselves in each round. I always step it up in some way, whether a heavier dumbbell, faster tempo, or pulses.

Today was a challenging workout for sure and I loved every second of it. I even had a buddy today...my 10 year old daughter (modified OF COURSE). We like to incorporate how important it is to exercise to our children. Sydney you provide such versatile workouts that can be modified to ANY level of fitness, and you coach/cue so we'll that even my 10 year old can do it. Thank you for helping me help her. :)

When I taught water fitness, I said "where your butt may be hanging out of your swimsuit"
Another fantastic workout. This format really burned a lot of calories. Hate cardio but loved how you threw it in to really get the heart rate up.

I came into this workout feeling good and left feeling even better!!! Yesterday I bought some jeans. Thinking my new old size would be good. A little frustrated cause I thought my clothes felt tight. Well I was wrong and being negative on myself. Little did I know I had gone down another size!! Thank Syd for the confidence and healthy me.
I would have expected this 60 minute workout to feel very exhausting, especially because I usually like 40-50 minute workouts. But no, it felt better than those because I felt like movements were combined in such a nice way that I did not feel in pain.
I must admit that my dumbbels are not as heavy as yours but they help me a lot and I feel like they work so well for me. Also, I have a kettlebell which I use from time to time because it is heavier than if I used one dumbbell.
Also, I would have expected those cardio movements to feel very exhausting, but on the contrary, they were very fun and I tried to stay moving as much as possible. The mountain climbers felt heavier though especially for my arms and I lost my strength especially the second time I did them, but I am trying to improve my strength and not quit and do them in such a manner that I don't feel the pain anymore.
Sydney, I must admit that lately I like your workouts even more because I feel like the exercises are so well distributed along the workout that I am not that afraid anymore to do cardio movements after strength movements. Usually, strength movements are great for me and I feel like I can bear with them better than with the cardio ones, but your workouts surprise me, in a good way. One cardio exercise every couple of circuits/supersets is awesome.
Thank you for motivation, for the speech, for the way you keep us going and wanting to do more for our body and mind. I love you and I really hope your channel grows as much as possible because you are not just a trainer, you are also a motivational speaker and very human and kind. You are a great person. Also my appreciation for Dustin for helping you in this journey. You two are great!
Crushed it. Didn’t realize that playing competitive tennis would make the side to side cardio movements so easy, even going quickly! Makes up for some of the other movements!
Went rep for rep with the same weight as you for several of the exercises. I felt like a boss 😂

I love the workouts. Have you ever considered going old school with one of your videos with a step and weighs.. When I’m not working out with you, I do step videos but the ones with the weights aren’t very good, I like step for cardio because it gives me a great cardio workout and it’s fun.
When you went up to 30 lbs on the single legged glute bridge, I also pushed my weights to a place I had never tried. Yay! I did it!!

Getting it in way later than normal after a busy day. Wasn't looking forward to it but I got started and right away felt the energy as soon as I picked up that first dumbbell. I feel great now that I am done and of course I'm feeling strong. The workout went by quick! Thanks, Sydney!

Loved this workout so much! This is my first time doing a sydney challenge every day and this second week I honestly wasn't feeling great. Really sore, felt uncoordinated during lots of moves, but I loved the tempo and intensity of this workout. Slow strength mixed with fast cardio is my favorite. Feeling motivated for week 3!!!

This was by far my favorite strength workout (and I have way more of Sydney’s to do)! I love how it was mainly all single armed exercises. I only have 1 set of dumbbells so I was able to double up my weight each time. It was amazing-thank you for being my every day trainer Sydney, don’t know what I’d do without them or you!! 👍🏼♥️

Went for hike yesterday. Challenged myself by climbing a steep hill. Felt so good conquering it even when my glutes were on fire.

i started my fitness journey in college yoga 2013, ive done hot yoga from 2015 till now, i find im extremely open, and i have to reduce my weights in your class bc i dont have the proper muscel mass&memory to support the movement. i am slowly improving and i am 200ryt so safety is my priority. i love low impact days for this reason

60 min workouts are scary for me, but I pushed and really enjoyed the strength and bursts of cardio. My favorite move was burpee curl and press. Crushed it!
