    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body! We will rock 14 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium range. I also used my jump rope so feel free to grab a rope, a cordless rope, or some towels to swing for your cardio minutes and let's do this!

      @@ali-boop totally agreed! I used to be so focused on burning as many calories as possible, cardio cardio cardio. I do love cardio but Sydney’s helped me so much to embrace my strength and power!! Love it so much 💪

    Oh my goodness! Honestly, my favorite part of these workouts is when it gets really tough and I can laugh and have fun while pushing myself to get through it. Such positive motivation to find the strength. I really enjoy the workouts and always end with a sweaty smile

    love that she preaches mental health in her videos... I started working out with Sydney about 2 years ago now, originally as a way to try to lose weight. I was doing her videos 3 to 4 times a week and absolutely dreading them because I just wanted to get "in shape". now I happily do her workouts every day as a mental escape to focus on myself & my needs, not worrying about what my body does or doesn't look like. keep crushing it !!

    I am in California and Kiddos are still distant learning 😬. My Kiddos are 6 old twin daughters kindergarten, my son is 8 2nd grade. Sydney Cummings has been been my saving grace!!!!! I promised my self 6 months every day working out with Sydney & healthy eating. Her positive attitude and talks has not worked in just workouts but my whole life ❤ my kids have seen the change and have worked out with me. School at home is no joke! I figured out lunch time for them means I have 1 hour to myself. Thank you Sydney for helping me find that love for myself again❤

    I can’t believe we’ve made it to day 22! The end of last year I commented on one of her instagram posts about the ignite program that maybe I’d have to follow along, Sydney herself replied to my comment saying, “you better girl!” And that was it. I was in it and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do it everyday at first, but now I’m fully addicted to waking up at 6am and starting my day working hard with Sydney. My life and entire being has changed forever! I’m addicted to the positivity she puts out, the encouragement to go at your pace and I seriously can’t wait for next months program to start! ✨💪🏾

    Ok squad, I need some push - I'm hitting a wall. I put on pounds over the break from poor eating and drinking choices . . . I'm struggling in the workouts, two days behind, but trying to keep up and work hard. I'm reading the comments for encouragement. Y'all are amazing.

      Don't beat yourself up. You're still here and you're still doing it. I have to admit, I kind of like being behind on the workouts cause I feel like I have some options of which workout I want to do that day. You're still in the structure of the month, but you get to pick between a few! I also think we always hear from the people who are crushing these 6 times a week and running marathons on the side (props to you peeps), but there are tons of us out there who are here, maybe a few days behind, and putting in the work too.

    So great to have a longer workout Monday 👍
    I realized how great covid has been for so many of us who have discovered you Sydney!
    Started weights years ago but then didn’t do any for quite awhile
    Started up classes at local gym 3 years ago ( have always exercised on my own prior to classes)
    Then when covid came I discovered you🥰. In March I will have been with you for a year!! And weights for 3 years.. so glad to be here at 66!

    Had a moment while doing high knees today (subbing for jump rope) where I was like wow, I’m so grateful that my body can do this for me. Thank you for making me feel strong every day!

    Loved this workout and love your cool down pep talks. Hearing "you are enough" made me shed a tear today. Didn't realize how much I needed to hear that. Thank you for the physical and mental changes I'm getting through your workouts

    Today was a very "off" day for me physically, so when I heard Sydney say just do your best, I thought, well I might as well give my best in this moment, don't think of how 'easier' this was for me last week, just push through right now, live in this moment and well, I got through and am very proud of myself for not quitting.     Perfection! 👌My favourite Ignite work out! I actually had fun doing this workout and my thighs are feeling it 4 hours later. Love it, no faults, no surprises - no burpees - yay, no mountain climbers - yay! My only downfall was when I almost knocked myself out when the dumbell rolled down my back into the back of my head doing the weighted plank!! Don't worry it was only 6lbs!! Love it, thanks Sydney, will be repeating this over and over.

    SO needed this workout today! Just found you about a month ago and started the Ignite program. I’m almost 1 year post partum and have always been an athlete but finding strength in my new pp body has been so hard especially in my core! But your workouts push me just right.
    Today, during the 45 degree holds I held for the entire last rep without dropping and let me tell you I WAS SO PROUD of myself I cried during the jump/jack punch portion. Chanting to myself you are a strong mama! Strong mama for a strong baby girl! Got me through. Then your message at the end “you are enough” GAH! I’m a Sydney follower for life! Thank you for all you do!

    I crushed it!
    Even though I had to modify because of a sore knee, I still gave it my all and burned a good amount of calories. Talking to my dad yesterday about my knee and how I felt defeated because I couldn't jump around and do the high impact exercises. Then I had a epiphany, just because I cannot jump and do high impact, doesn't mean I can't continue doing the strength portion. It was a great talk and a great realization that Sydney has installed in me. I did all the exercises in the 50 minute program, but slowed it down and did moves that felt right during the cardio portion.
    Thank you Sydney for everything. I am a stronger and more dedicated person because of you. I am not a quitter, I am a modifier.

    I really appreciate your workouts. I do my own thing at times since I have a broken foot, but as a group fitness instructor that can’t teach because 1. COVID and 2. Broken foot, you make me look forward to my daily workouts. No real intense cardio for 3 months will probably kill me when I try to go back to it, but you and Ty have kept me sane. Thank you!!

    I really didn't want to come home and work out after a long tough day at work, but I'm so glad that I did! This was the perfect stress relief! I can't thank you enough for always giving options for low intensity exercises if needed. There's nothing worse than trying things and feeling excluded or defeated when you can't do what the trainer is doing. What a boost!

    I started my day with zero energy and didn’t know if I could even get through the workouts before I started, but once I did I felt really energized. I was able to increase my weights so I was really proud of myself.
