Argentine rugby owes a lot to South Africa.
The lower divisions that could pay for a trip did so to South Africa where they were received in a family home. About 15 years ago they allowed an Argentine team to play in the Vodacom Cup, then another in the second division. They then gave decisive support for the Pumas' incorporation into the Rugby Championship.
      Respect and gratitude from Argentina.

@@bossgrizzly6511 I think the Springboks will have to bring their A game if they want to beat Los Pumas. If they make the amount of handling errors they made in their games thus far, they will lose. The hail Mary passes, throwing balls behind players praying that someone will catch it, off loading balls when it is clearly not on, they will lose. I'm very happy for the wins so far. Glad the Mandela Challenge Plate, and Freedom cup is in our trophy cabinet, but I am not all that impressed by our performances, especially against New Zealand. The Springboks looked scrappy. In my opinion Los Pumas are better than the All Blacks at the moment, even after losing their 2nd match against them. Los Pumas lack consistency, if they can get that right, they will be ranked in the top 4 consistently.
