I’ve discovered that I can do the same weights as Sydney for legs and chest; 5 lbs lighter for back, triceps & biceps... and I need help to do the abs & cardio 😅. Also, wouldn’t it be great do have a “Dustin Don’t” window, where he demos all the wrong forms you talk about 😂😂
I wonder why 5 minutes after the workout is posted, every single day there is one dislike. I would understand if you’ve finished the workout and decided it is not your style, but right after it is posted, that is just hate and frustration.

if people actually used the workout they wouldn't feel the need if they didn't like it because their endorphins would be firing and they wouldn't feel the need. That's another reason Sydney and all trainers say this isn't just a workout but a lifestyle. I loved it and I LOVE THIS SQUAD!!!!
I would LOVE to see more sports-like cardio. Makes it a lot more enjoyable and I feel I'm working on my athletic skills as well, other than my strength! But loved it as always!
YES to your 60 min workouts!!! One thing, out of many, I love and appreciate about Sydney is that she isn't a "youtuber" in the sense that she only does what gets the most views. She devises a program where we get variety and a chance to work all different parts of the body throughout the week/month, rather than only uploading let's say a 30 min hiit because it may get the most views as opposed to an upper body, etc. This is why I stick around and come back everyday for my coach and trainer!! My core is getting SO much stronger this month..... I poked my obliques the other day and was like “dang that’s solid!” I used to always hate core exercises so I was nervous when Sydney said there would be a lot of core work in the Ignite program, but the stronger I get the more I’ve been able to embrace and appreciate it!
Loved the "burn it out" red lights at the end! Sydney paces these 60-minute workouts so well so we can "breathe, not leave" even as we challenge ourselves.

60 mins of cardio looked daunting to me. But the pace and variety made it go by so quickly. And I realize all the training we have done up to this prepared me. Thank you Sydney!
For me the strength workouts are where I'm comfortable and what I find the most enjoyable. I spent the last few years focusing on building muscle but stopped doing cardio and abs at all as I just hated them. Now I can barely do 15 seconds of mountain climbers. I can do burpees, jump rope, high knees but something about abs and mountain climbers gets me.. my coordination and balance are not great so doing the agility and boxing part I was really struggling. But I did not quit. I know what you focus on is what you get better at. So I won't give up. I get better everyday thanks to your help Sydney. I sometimes get discouraged that I have to modify a lot during cardio and abs.. but I try and do as many reps I can of the non-modified version and then if I have to modify to keep going I do. Working on my mental strength and determination has been just as challenging. Thank you for all you do!

So normally I am not a fan of kick boxing because it has, in the past, hurt my hip when doing side kicks HOWEVER this time I was killing it with no pain. SO that was my favourite this time because of it showing me how much stronger and flexible my hips have become, etc. For abs, it was probably the portion when you said it was a slow burner. Again, I got to see how much stronger I have become and I am able to go the full amount and at times not go down to the modifier. It's just awesome to see progress. Was ready to give up at several points during this one, but I kept listening to Sydney and didn’t want to let her, myself or every other team member down and so proud of myself for pushing on through. I dialled it back a few times and kept going. 💪 not having done much sports at school I really couldn’t quite get the flow of the softball / baseball move, until I substituted out the baseball bat for a light saber 😃😃

Dove straight into this one right after work. Didn’t think about it, just did it. And LOVED it! Cardio is my strongest and core is my weakest, so it was fun and tough. Keep those SPORTS CARDIO coming! It brought me back to my good ole sports days. 🏀🏐🥎

Crushed it. My hip flexors were screaming mercy for the core exercises. I had to put my feet down couple of times but went right back after that. What an awesome workout!!! Kickboxing is my number one favorite followed by mountain climbers. Sydney thanks for inspiring us each and everyday.

At 30 minutes I thought 'wow this is going so fast!' and then with 17 minutes to go I felt like dying... but I pushed through and finished! Thank you Sydney, I've never stuck with an exercise routine for this long - three months and counting of working out pretty much every day. Thank you!
