    I was so surprised that this was completely bodyweight. I won't lie, I really don't like cardio but this was great workout. I found myself clapping and cheering myself one. Great job Sydney!

    Been working out with Sydney for around 3 years now. It's so nice to see how far she has come. Always love her workouts. Best decision I ever made was to stop paying out for an expensive gym membership.

    Sydney truly practices what she preaches. Even though there were unexpected technical glitches that would have caused others to stop, or at least mention them, Sydney did what she always tells us to do: "Just keep going. Do not quit." We appreciate Sydney and Dustin - your unwavering dedication and commitment are also not taken for granted, and we appreciate you so much.

    This was definitely not my favorite but I crushed it. I couldn’t get into the groove but so appreciate being out of my comfort zone. Didn’t give up even though the little voice in my head said “we don’t like this just stop”. Thanks Sydney!

    CRUSHED IT all the way from SOUTH KOREA 🇰🇷
    The lock downs and being stuck in the house has definitely added some extra pounds and im so thankful for these workout programs with Integrated weight training. This was a tough workout and I was out of breath basically the whole time but I did it and its been a great start to the new year!

    I took a ride on the struggle bus this morning. I had to dig deep and remember my why to push thru. It was an amazing workout regardless of what it looked like for me today. Keepin' it real ✌

    Day 2 completed. I did it! Dropped my son to soccer practice, came back home to take the class; then, go back to soccer field to pick him up and finish the workout. No excuse to not finish what I started today. Thank you Sydney. You were the reason I completed Day 2

    I used to pause Sydney’s videos at least 5 times. But then it was 4 times, then a couple, then none. I kept going. I’m worth it. And so is everyone on this page. Embrace the pause if it means you’ll stay!

    I thought to myself that I might not get through this video because i'm not a cardio fan but sydney kept me going till the end!! Her energy is so contagious and really kept me motivated! There's no one like Sydney and I'm so happy I discovered her!

    Holy moly that was tough! I definitely consider abs and cardio weak spots but that’s why I’m glad this program is pushing me more out of my comfort zone so that I can feel more confident and know that I can crush it! Proud of myself for keeping it going!!

    I’m just getting back into fitness again and I won’t lie, this was tough. I almost gave up after the first ab circuit, but Sydney’s spiced-up 2nd cardio workout was so hard to resist, I am so glad I did it. Then I found myself thinking of giving up before the last ab circuit. This time, I decided to read the comment section and it was the community that gave me the little motivation I needed- we are all in this together. Finally, that last advice really spoke to me. I’m coming back tomorrow.

    Thank you for all you guys do for the fitness community!! I personally like the brighter and lighter look....I can see her just fine but feel like she’s working out in the dark which is kind of weird and creates shadows. Again, thank you for always working so hard to improve for us - Sydney and Dustin, you both are amazing!!

    Sydney, I hope you know how amazing you are at motivating people! I started watching your videos back in August when I made a goal to lose 40 pounds. At that point I was excited to make it through just 10 minutes of your videos without stopping. Now, I have only 10 more pounds to go and this is my favorite part of the day! Even when I don't feel like giving much effort you truly push to me to do my best. I don't understand how you can be that motivational in a video!? And truly, you have always made me feel like I can work out with you. Most videos I watch I feel like their too good for me lol but I love how real you are. Keep being awesome because it's changing people's lives!

    I am in love with Cardio since POWER programme .It is the most enjoyable workout honestly .No worry to bump up the weights ,just breathing and wiping the sweat every minute 🤣

    Got goosebumps. I always used to quit whatever exercise I was doing because I didn't see results but I also wasn't EATING/DRINKING healthy + didn't have access to a personal trainer. Now I've changed my whole lifestyle & am the most physically & mentally strong I've ever been thanks to YOU Sydney. Finally am gaining a booty & some leg curves I've been wanting FOREVER, this time I just REALLY want it. The grind won't stop, I'm living active/healthy for the rest of my life.

    Going into my third year training with you, and it has been astounding to see this channel's explosive growth, especially during 2020. Aiming to complete my first marathon this year at 41 years young, and I use these routines for my cross training days when not logging on the miles. I have seen great improvements on my run times, thanks to these challenging routines.

      Belinda O'Shea ...... left from right????? A few times I didn't know my arm from my leg. I'm not as exhausted as I expected to be from the comments but I thought it was a great workout. I followed it with dark chocolate Kodiak pancakes topped with blueberries, raspberries and non fat Greek yogurt... the pancakes are another Sydney suggestion...... now I'm ready to start my day. By the way.... 370 cal, 34 G protein, 54 g carb

    I did not feel like doing this workout. Today was crazy! Sydney is in my mind now though with all her post pep talks. So glad I did the workout and made decisions today for my destiny!

    Thanks for all that you do for this fitness community, Dustin and Sydney! I've been working out with Sydney almost every day since May 2020 and have loved my experience so far. Just a few thoughts I wanted to share about the new stage...I personally prefer the brighter "gym-style" stage that was used last year. Although the darker background can appear more sleek looking, as a marketing professional, it feels a bit off-brand for Sydney. Her channel has always been bright, colorful, and cheerful - the same as her personality! Not to mention, it felt like a more relatable setup and made me feel, as the viewer, like Sydney and I were working out together in a gym. Whereas now, it seems more like a club atmosphere....Just food for thought! Thanks, again, and look forward to working out with you in 2021!
