Today my 4yr old son gave me an ego boost. First he told me during the side jump portion that I was jumping further than Zelda his favorite video game character. Next, He walked in during the motivational speech portion when you where talking about living your best life and he said "mom you are living your best life right!?" Then he got right in my face and nodded and gave me a hug smile. I' m Proud of the progress I'm making and the healthy example I am setting.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (47:22): "People talk about self-love, self-care all the time, and we associate it with bubble baths or getting our nails done, or getting your hair done. Self-love is also just the conversation that you have with yourself about yourself." DANG, Sydney. This really spoke to me. What good is a manicure if you can't even speak love and kindness to yourself? My compliment to myself: I have showed up for workouts every day since October 1, regardless of motivation, sleep, or any other factor. I am immensely proud of that fact.
I love that! Pampering yourself is nice but if you're still being negative to yourself it doesn't change a thing! I'm going to focus on the inside of me! 🥰

It is about how we treat ourselves internally-- how we talk back to those voices. I am proud of myself for working out with Sydney every day for almost a year. I have never felt stronger.
Same here, see major changes in my physics. Feel stronger and leaner. She inspire me to not miss any of her workouts. Everyone else (trainers on RUclips) is not as committed and encouraging at the same time.

Wow, that speech at the end HAD ME IN TEARS. Sydney, I came across your channel back in January and have been following your workouts since. I have been pursuing eating disorder recovery and recently started my own channel to document the process. For myself, I have been needing to gain weight. There are many fitness accounts that promote "weight loss" and a "bikini body", not you, you focus on STRENGTH and being empowered. The past week has been tough but this speech at the end really hit me. THANK YOU so much for always being there, staying positive and being an inspiration for MILLIONS! ☺️❤️💪 Love always.

This was a rough workout for me! I started and in the first ten minutes my stomach started hurting and I just felt mentally and physically drained. I took an hour break and came back to the workout and crushed it. I am so proud of myself for working hard and showing up even on the hardest days. My negative self talk is very bad so this end speech really hit home. I am a beautiful and loving person who works hard at everything I do in life!!

Today, I not only hit the healthy BMI range for my height, but I also did a full triceps push-up on my toes for the first time ever! Thank you Sydney for all of your encouragement!
High winds in my area so naturally I have a headache. I pushed through it and worked up a good sweat. Now I need to shower and figure out if I should straighten my hair or just leave it curly and let the wind style it. 🌬️💁😊

I'm really proud of myself for pushing throught these workouts all month. I often have to modify because my right ankle is fused in 3 places, but I've come so far with my strength and motivation. Thank you Sydney!!
No shame in modifying. I have 2 plates and 12 screws in my left arm from an accident 6 years ago. I get frustrated with it on upper body days, but it’s getting stronger. Just very slowly.

QUEEN! I am proud of my ability to MAKE TIME and not EXCUSES! and I am proud of my ability to increase weights and use these workouts as mechanisms to by happier and less stressed!
My compliment for myself is rising above any negative energy in my life and reciprocating it with positive energy and kindness. Most importantly giving others the dignity and respect they deserve as a human. Inspite of my own personal stress and challenges I'm proud of not unleashing any of it on another person but instead rising above being more of a solution based person. Working out with you every morning has really forced me to hold myself more accountable in all aspects of my life.
I am 72 years old and started your program last week after listening to my daughter raving about you. I am proud that I'm able to do your workouts, although i didn't do the burpees and deadlifts at the end of today.

We need to be our own cheerleaders! Go us! I met my weight loss goal today & got to do this workout in new shoes! I had them sitting under my workout bench for about 3 weeks. I knew I could meet my goal.
Sydney you have helped me change my life! This week has been some of the hardest workouts of my life and I made it through them! After having kids my abs were so weak I couldn't sit up straight and after working out with you for the past 9 weeks I can do all the ab workouts without modifications and I have gone from using 5 and 8 lb dumbbells to using 15s and 20s! Thank you for helping me realize I can be strong💪

High winds in my area so naturally I have a headache. I pushed through it and worked up a good sweat. Now I need to shower and figure out if I should straighten my hair or just leave it curly and let the wind style it. 🌬️💁😊

Wow! I totally started crying when you mentioned releasing the sweat was like releasing all the negativity. Thank you for reminding me of my worth. No shame in modifying. I have 2 plates and 12 screws in my left arm from an accident 6 years ago. I get frustrated with it on upper body days, but it’s getting stronger. Just very slowly.

My compliment for myself is rising above any negative energy in my life and reciprocating it with positive energy and kindness. Sydney you have helped me change my life! This week has been some of the hardest workouts of my life and I made it through them! After having kids my abs were so weak I couldn't sit up straight and after working out with you for the past 9 weeks I can do all the ab workouts without modifications and I have gone from using 5 and 8 lb dumbbells to using 15s and 20s! Thank you for helping me realize I can be strong💪
