I love this community! I used to get discouraged working out because I felt like no one gave a hoot. Now I shift the focus to how hard I'm pushing it and knowing that there are almost 1 million people (holy smokes Sydney!) who are crushing it with me, on the good days and bad. I so needed this post-workout speech today. Ive been caring for my mom who just found out she has brain cancer, and there have been days in the past 2 weeks where I felt like I was not strong enough. Not for her, not for the workouts. But I have shown up every morning and done my best (despite my exhaustion)- and I may have cried through a few of them. But I powered through. It has helped me realize that God has given me all the strength I need and that I can walk this road with my mom and with an awesome community like you!
Not only do I show up for Sydney, workouts I, also show up for those pep talks. I absolutely love them and her! Keep shinning bright like the diamond you are!!

Sydney is such a beacon of light & positivity, it is hard to think a single negative thought! This was a fantastic workout, I love the snatches and dead lifts at the end...could have done that set all day (not literally). We did it!!!

When I first found your workouts I was nowhere near strong enough to attempt...but I wanted to get there. 3 years later I am stronger every day & beginning to see my "ballet" body from 20+ years ago. I’m so excited to get through this. Hopefully I won’t rage quit like I did yesterday. For me, the moves have to be not too complicated or I ditch the workout. Love the moves in this one!
Dont quit. Just do something else. Some exercises I just cant do because of back issues or I rather them be compound or just more simple so I do something else. You cant mess this up if you dont quit!
Curtsie lunges and lateral lunges feel awkward to me so yesterday I did reverse lunges for curtsie and just bodyweight for lateral lunges. Modify if you have to but don't quit 💪

On my 3rd complete month of Sydneys workouts. Struggling so far this has been hardest start this month for some reason. Aching a lot but I'll soldier on!

I made it through! I felt TERRIBLE today. It was so hard to get up this morning, my fatigue was out of this world. I even fell asleep multiple times while working. By the time I logged off for the day I decided to run the errands I committed to but on the way I was grappling with completing my workout for the day. By the time I got back home and at dinner I felt much stronger and decided to put in the work. All I have to say is thank you Sydney, I've completely abandoned all my other regular RUclips trainers in favor of you and I don't regret it!

In the moment it is difficult to understand that our challenges produce the strongest version of ourselves, but looking back I can absolutely see that it is true. For me it was dealing with infertility when I desperately wanted to be a mother. What challenges have you gone through that made you stronger on the other side?

Wow this one was a BURNER!!! I am proud of myself for completing the entire balance exercise without having to step down and regain balance. I did it all on one foot every time! I loved this style of workout so much! Great balance of strength and cardio!!!

Sydney you are speaking to my soul❤❤... 3 years ago my infertility journey ended (empty handed) and I decided to turn my pain towards fitness as I worked towards healing my broken heart. When I first found your workouts I was nowhere near strong enough to attempt...but I wanted to get there. 3 years later I am stronger every day & beginning to see my "ballet" body from 20+ years ago. I absolutely loved this workout! Thank you thank you💖💖💖 and to anyone going through a tough time....it does get better nothing lasts forever.

This one went by so fast! I really liked those snatches into deadlifts. Maybe a full minute to get 8 or 9 in. Awesome!

I used 1 lb dumbbells and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with dumbbells of 15s, 20s, and 30s.

I’m so excited to get through this. Hopefully I won’t rage quit like I did yesterday. For me, the moves have to be not too complicated or I ditch the workout. Love the moves in this one!
Dont quit. Just do something else. Some exercises I just cant do because of back issues or I rather them be compound or just more simple so I do something else. You cant mess this up if you dont quit!
I have cried after workouts- it's ok to let it out bc that's a sign something is changing in you
Curtsie lunges and lateral lunges feel awkward to me so yesterday I did reverse lunges for curtsie and just bodyweight for lateral lunges. Modify if you have to but don't quit 💪
I'm going to echo what has already been said.. don't give up! Just do something else instead! You will feel so proud of yourself when you finish! You can do it!! 💪

I made it through! I felt TERRIBLE today. It was so hard to get up this morning, my fatigue was out of this world. I even fell asleep multiple times while working. By the time I logged off for the day I decided to run the errands I committed to but on the way I was grappling with completing my workout for the day. By the time I got back home and at dinner I felt much stronger and decided to put in the work. All I have to say is thank you Sydney, I've completely abandoned all my other regular RUclips trainers in favor of you and I don't regret it!

In the moment it is difficult to understand that our challenges produce the strongest version of ourselves, but looking back I can absolutely see that it is true. For me it was dealing with infertility when I desperately wanted to be a mother. What challenges have you gone through that made you stronger on the other side?

Wow this one was a BURNER!!! I am proud of myself for completing the entire balance exercise without having to step down and regain balance. I did it all on one foot every time! I loved this style of workout so much! Great balance of strength and cardio!!!
