    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with full body sweat exercises! We will rock 16 exercises for 2 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest.I will show modifications for every exercise and you don't need any equipment today! Grab your water and your sweat towel and let's crush it!
    1. Jumping jack 2 kicks
    2. Lateral high knees and 2 squat jumps
    3. Push up to 4 Mountain climbers
    4. Squat to Lateral lunge left
    5. Side plank open up stand up lateral kick left
    6. Deadlift to side crunch left
    7. Squat to lateral lunge right
    8. Side plank open up stand up lateral kick right
    9. Deadlift to side crunch right
    10. Inchworm and 2 switch jumps
    11. 2 Shoulder taps and 2 supermen
    12. Roll up tuck and toe touches
    13. Right side dropped v hold
    14. Left side dropped v hold
    15. Knee drivers 1, 2, 3
    16. Burpee, supermen, and 2 knee drives or tuck jump

      Love the workout!! At the last set of burpees and superman- I felt like I wasn't getting enough reps in, think the hop after the burpee made my transition longer- what do you think? Thanks Syndey for the great motivation!!

      What a great workout to start the week! I challenged my balance in the one legged deadlift, and showed up in my core strength for the burpee jump hop!! Thank you for showing up Sydney, you encourage me every morning to be my best self and most importantly have 100% trust that I can do everything I put my mind to!     Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:26) "We're leaving here grateful for the day, so blessed by the opportunity of what we get to do. Now go out there and make your life your best life. You're incredible, and you have the power to do that. As you start believing that, you gain the confidence in yourself, you're gonna notice your world starts to shift, and it starts to be less of 'I have to' and more of 'I get to.'"
    The mindset shift from "I have to" to "I get to" is powerful, especially when it comes to the mundane day-to-day activities we sometimes dread. I GET TO make dinner for my family because we are lucky enough to have plentiful food to eat. I GET TO do laundry because I can afford clothing for my family. I GET TO move my body because I have been blessed with it and its ability to do so many things.

My day is set to be energetic and fun because I get to go to work and make the means to support my fur babies and myself.       @@lolabrethome6505 I can speak about my experience I have been doing the workouts since January so far I have lost 8 pounds. So I am happy with my results and I haven’t been eating that good. I’m trying to work on my meals but I love rice 😬 but slowly getting on my goal.

    It’s my 40th birthday today and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely Sydney. I don’t know what I would do without you! I am 40 but workout more than what I did when I was in my 20s and 30s. Also my wonderful husband gifted me a beautiful Sydney squad sweatshirt and I love it.

    Started a new job recently so I can’t get my workout in until after 9pm. Because of that, I have been feeling very unmotivated. I don’t feel like I’m able to crush the workouts like I usually do. But I still get it in before I go to bed and I’m grateful for that.

    Full disclosure, last week was awful for me fitness wise. I let that depression wave that hit me get the better of me. Did the workouts everyday but only gave 70% and then ate shitty. BUT this week and today, I'm going to give my all. Crushed today's workout and feel good! This is a brand new week and new day. I am grateful to get a new start today!     Morning, Sydney Squad! I was tired going into today’s workout. I tried going back to bed since I don’t have to be at work until 1. However, I got up and did the workout. The workout allowed me to let go of the negativity that I was dealing with and focus on the grateful things in my life. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow morning.

    I love this workout! I do so much better on the workouts that have a 2 cycle through. I push myself so much harder. I know I have to overcome that mental block for longer cycles through each exercise. So blessed to have Sydney as a trainer I know I will overcome it .

    If you are scrolling looking for a seriously intense HIIT workout, you've found it! This workout has a little of everything including a good bit of Ab work! Those tucks and toe touches at the end were killers! Absolutely loved it!

    I am so grateful for having a body that allows me to sweat and move. Today im going to shift my mindset of having to go to work to getting to go to work.     After 3 weeks of terrible back pain, I decided to take it easier. Only 3 bodyweight workouts this week. My body needed a break from the heavy lifting. i am doing better, I loved this workout and I'm ready to start the next week with a bang!

      Totally hear you! I know people that would love to be able to do this but are sick and can't.....sometimes we forget that and have to stop and pause for our healthy agile bodies! Happy Monday!

    I ended my Monday did with this workout and crushed it! I'm not even that red (in the face). I feel so proud I'm carrying up my routine in fitness and the other parts are my life are flourishing! I love love love the motivational cool downs- I need an extra so I'll do the neck/shoulder cool down next!

    I need a book/mug/tshirt with all the mad inspirational motivational words from Sydney. Her wisdom comes from such an authentic place, something I’ve not seen from any other trainer (and I’ve had many!!). Workout was tough, but her words stick with me throughout the day!

    Can we just give Sydney a huge round of applause for her coaching. I’m not talking about through the workout, although fantastic, but those motivational speeches! It’s like she knows me sometimes. Always relating to what I’m going through and pushing me, even when doing the workouts out of order, it’s always the perfect speech at the end that I need!
