- HAPPY FRIDAY! Welcome to your full body workout! Grab your dumbbells and grab some water and let’s go! I’m so glad to be bringing this workout to the channel!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds for each exercise and rest for 15 seconds. Two exercises will be grouped together in a superset and we will take a 60 seconds rest after we complete 3 rounds of this superset. The workout will target your whole body as well as keeping your heart rate up with short work periods and short rest periods. Your intensity is determined by you so work hard and get the most out of this workout!

When Sydney said at the start of this workout "envision how you want to feel at the end of this workout" I thought ot myself "energized." I woke up with a brutal headache and was exhausted and wasn't sure what I could give today. But that simple question got me to really dig in and go for it and you know what? I not only feel energized, I feel accomplished, strong and sweaty. Sydney always brings the best of us out and gives us her ALL, and I'm so grateful for that! Go squad, go!
This sentence helped me too. I like long workouts but today I had stomach pain. I really had to push myself and I felt less pain at the end ! I thank Sydney for this.
Great job on your workout! No matter how tired I am, I always tell myself a workout will always help. I am a 4 am workout person & some days are more of a struggle, but I am more awake & just feel better after my workout .

Today was awesome! I really missed longer workouts. I’m not fan of cardio, but Sydney kicked my butt today. Have a great weekend everybody. Love my Sydney tribe.
The braids did not lie! It was a sweat fest and I loved it! Pushed heavy weights and got great cardio. I love these workouts so much!
For those asking, she does real time workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And past workouts are put up on Tuesdays and Saturdays. So there are still 5 workouts a week. If you go on to the Heavy Hitters playlist you'll see them. You won't get notifications for the 2 past workouts so will need to go to the playlist to see these xx

This workout was just what I needed this morning. After waking up at 4:30AM to feed the baby and then pumping afterwards, I had two choices. I could go back to bed for an hour and a half to two hours or I could stay up and do a workout before my work day begins. I'm glad I stayed up. I feel energized and ready to go. Thanks, Sydney!

Really liked the format of this workout. Makes it go very fast, even if it's a good, hard workout. Please continue offering workouts with this format (2 exercise set done 3 x with 1 min break in between sets)

I was really feeling proud of myself in this workout. I was able to do the full 30 sec @ 3 rounds of mountain climbers and I didn’t stop!!! I was also able to do the renagade rows and push ups, without having to go on my knees at all. I truly feel myself getting stronger. Thank you so much Sydney!

This workout woke me back to life! I've been disconected from myself for a while now and for the last week I got to finally rest (went in vacation) and let me tell you THIS WORKOUT, today, I felt my strenght! LOVED that workout!! So proud of myself, I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I used 15 lbs for the front raise/lung, used 20s for the renegade rows and completed push ups on my toes for the whole circuit! Only move I modified was mountain climbers, I did 2 rounds on the bench. Saving that one in my favorites!
This was an incredible workout! Usually I can't commit to long workouts unless my husband is home to help with kids. This felt so amazing!!!! I would love to see long workouts on the weekend. Anyone else? Thank you!

So sweaty!😅 for anyone pregnant or postpartum with weaker abs, try elevating the mountain climbers and push-ups on a couch or wall to still overload and strengthen, without causing bulging or increasing diastasis recti abdominal separation! Thanks for a great start to my day Sydney!

That should have been named as an intense HIIT workout. I feel like a star today. I am 50 and I kept pace and form with Sydney every second to second and burned almost a 600 kcals. Very proud of myself. Thank you Sydney ❤
