    PRIME week 2 day 1 didn't disappoint. I love when she challenges us to go heavier and I think no way and then.... I'm doing 25 lbs step ups. LET'S GOOOOOOOOO

    I am feeling incredible this morning!!! After spending the weekend with 2 of my grandchildren, I thought I would struggle through the workout. But I have so much energy and used a heavier weight for each round. 🎉 Keep up the great work, everyone!! ❤❤❤

    Today I said I won't workout - but my toddler said: mommy come on, let's train with aunt Sydney! And we did it! Discipline, when there is no motivation is the key to success.

    Anyone else feel like they were in a boss battle in a video game with the music playing during the single leg RDL and bicycle set? 😆 This was an awesome full body burn. Love it when abs are peppered throughout to keep my heart rate up. Whew!

    Back after a week off for our family spring break ☀️ it was so nice to get away and take some time as a family. That extra time with my children and husband was amazing. Now back to my normal 💪🏻❤️

    Crushed it. (Just) after a big day of hospital appointments yesterday with my husband and and a lot of travel. I managed to still get up early and crush this workout to the best that I can do today. Keep going guys for anyone struggling out there. Keep going.

    I was worried about the 40 min but this BLEW By! I was ready for the ab finisher at the end but it was least cool down! This was great!! I haven't been close sister this week and a half- lots going on in life- but I showed up today 100%!!
