I finally finished the Work program yesterday 😁 so I start this program The results on Monday I'm way behind but I'm just glad I'm doing these programs
I have been exercising for years (I am 64] but I do not think I have ever felt or looked stronger. I have done this programme since the start of the year and for the first time ever I can see a real difference in my body, especially my glutes and legs. Thank you Sydney this is great!
Favorite combo for my husband was the squat to calf raise. My favorite was the fact I thought you were killing me the while workout! I'm a sweaty mess!
Just did this work with my 10 year old son!! He's been watching me for 5 years do Sydney workouts. He LOVED it!!! He used 1 and 2 pd weights and said, "mom I can't believe you do this!! It's really good exercises and actually fun. I'm going to do it with you now." 😂 Sydney you even reach the young ones and now it's going to be a whole family workout. Me,y hubby and my son!! Thank you!!!

I don't know how I missed this workout from the past. This was a keeper and one to come back to to get a great workout in using the whole body. Loved the finisher, but burpees are my thing
I woke up this morning unmotivated but I knew I had to eat the frog and get my workout done first thing. By the 3rd exercise I was all onboard. I’m so thankful for the availability of these videos!!❤
Love this! Instead of focusing on disadvantages or what you don’t have, worry about yourself! Focus on what you have, and pushing yourself, and stop worrying about everything else around you.

Woohoo!!! My kids had strep throat all week so I couldn’t go to the gym, so I did these workouts at home with my highest weight at 20lbs. Even not bring able to bump up into my higher weights I felt this week all over!!! So if you don’t believe Sydney when she says you can challenge yourself with what you have just turn up the intensity then try this week! Thank you!!! My favorite combo was the sumo squat combo! 🎉❤😅😅😅😅

I’ll admit that this was a tough week, I really pushed myself and I’m so sore from yesterday that today I had to use lighter weights than I normally would have. I’m going to rest tomorrow and be ready for Monday’s workout.

My biceps were sore from yesterday! You vs You week was very challenging for me as if pushed me to go harder than normal but that was the goal. I workout by myself at home instead of in the gym so it’s easy for me to think I’m working hard but really could go a little harder.
Loved this workout. I have really proven to myself how strong I am and am pushing myself harder than ever. I’ve been doubling up workouts to catch back up to the live ones after having to take a week off and I am still out repping myself. Sydney has transformed my body in ways I didn’t think were attainable from home workouts after starting my fitness journey 3 years ago. Thanks Sydney!

After celebrating over the weekend for finishing nursing school, I loved doing this one again. Competing with myself is so motivating. Now, it's time to refocus on my nutrition, especially because I'm having surgery for a trigger finger today. My workouts the rest of the week will most likely be body weight, but I will still keep at it. Great job everyone!!!❤❤💪💪
I have often said that I wish I had the ability to do this or that…..the one thing that keeps ,e from doing it is the strongest muscle we have,our brain. I need to overcome my own thoughts in order to get ahead. ❤

August 21, 2023: doing today's workout because it's on the calendar Sydney left us. I actually loved this workout. I, personally, don't like progressive overload. Here's why. I feel like I have to slack in the first round, pick it up some the second and go all out the last. I just go all out all three rounds. I lose count because I'm focusing on the muscle movement as well.
Just thank you, Sydney ( and Dustin, of course) for your workouts. It really helos against tiredness and sadness! Your postive and powerful comments and your smile let me often forget the effort. So I can always start my day in a good mood. You two (and a half) are fantastic!
I’m a dedicated Sydney program follower since Covid and this week was one of the toughest ever! Towards the end of the week I was getting burned out so I don’t think I would want this You V You style consecutively but filtered throughout a monthly program would be an accepted challenge!
