  • It's a great day for a full body workout! Warm up and cool down included so grab your water, your dumbbells and let's get started!

    Today's workout has 30 second work periods and 15 seconds rests and you will crush 3 rounds of every exercise before moving on to the next exercise. Your challenge is to beat your reps in rounds 2 and 3 !
    Exercises:
    1. High row and alt leg abduction
    2. Shoulder press and calf raise
    3. High row
    4. Leg abduction *band
    5. Shoulder press
    6. Sumo squat calf raise
    7. Plank toe tap outs *band
    8. Suitcases with open and close *band
    9. Chest press
    10. Front squat
    11. DB sit ups
    12. Burpee push up to overhead

    I just want to say THANK YOU! I’ve been doing your workouts for years now, I had a brain surgery at the end of 2013, It was you who helped me to recover physically , during the pandemic I stood up because of you, and August 2021, I had a bone marrow transplant and once again you’ve been such an important part of my ongoing recovery. I struggle but I don’t give up! THANKS, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS!

    Favorite combo for my husband was the squat to calf raise. My favorite was the fact I thought you were killing me the while workout! I'm a sweaty mess!

    After celebrating over the weekend for finishing nursing school, I loved doing this one again. Competing with myself is so motivating. Now, it's time to refocus on my nutrition, especially because I'm having surgery for a trigger finger today. My workouts the rest of the week will most likely be body weight, but I will still keep at it. Great job everyone!!!❤❤💪💪

    I woke up this morning unmotivated but I knew I had to eat the frog and get my workout done first thing. By the 3rd exercise I was all onboard. I’m so thankful for the availability of these videos!!❤

    Just did this work with my 10 year old son!! He's been watching me for 5 years do Sydney workouts. He LOVED it!!! He used 1 and 2 pd weights and said, "mom I can't believe you do this!! It's really good exercises and actually fun. I'm going to do it with you now." 😂 Sydney you even reach the young ones and now it's going to be a whole family workout. Me,y hubby and my son!! Thank you!!!

    Wow!! Sydney, this was very challenging for a 62 year man but I CRUSHED this week workouts. Had to change up my workout 🏋️‍♂️ a little later in the night because of family issues but I do get a chance to do your workouts anyway. Thanks

    I wasn't feeling it when I woke up this morning but I put on my big girl pants and got after it. A full out workout was intimidating but I'm proud to have made it all the way through with some breaks along the way. Another successful workout in the books.

    I don't know how I missed this workout from the past. This was a keeper and one to come back to to get a great workout in using the whole body. Loved the finisher, but burpees are my thing

    When I stay up late and sleep in, I feel this immense dread to not workout. The internal voices are proof that my goal is worthy. It took an hour and change, and I completed this workout.

    I have been exercising for years (I am 64] but I do not think I have ever felt or looked stronger. I have done this programme since the start of the year and for the first time ever I can see a real difference in my body, especially my glutes and legs. Thank you Sydney this is great!

    I have often said that I wish I had the ability to do this or that…..the one thing that keeps ,e from doing it is the strongest muscle we have,our brain. I need to overcome my own thoughts in order to get ahead. ❤

    I’ll admit that this was a tough week, I really pushed myself and I’m so sore from yesterday that today I had to use lighter weights than I normally would have. I’m going to rest tomorrow and be ready for Monday’s workout.

    Woohoo!!! My kids had strep throat all week so I couldn’t go to the gym, so I did these workouts at home with my highest weight at 20lbs. Even not bring able to bump up into my higher weights I felt this week all over!!! So if you don’t believe Sydney when she says you can challenge yourself with what you have just turn up the intensity then try this week! Thank you!!! My favorite combo was the sumo squat combo! 🎉❤😅😅😅😅

    3/25/23 that was hard, but I finished. I had to really focus on form AND try to increase reps without losing form. Hard! Also my arms are still hurting from arm day! :)
