Not gonna lie, I felt like quitting when we had 15 minutes left but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I'm not a quitter, and even when it felt like I might, I found a way to modify to set without stopping. SO glad so have made it almost all the way through these three AWESOME months!

Process was awesome, and it really was so challenging on some days, but with your kindness and words of encouragement, I got over a sticky plateau I'd been experiencing for a good couple of months before I first began working out with you, and I am so grateful to you for showing me new ways to enjoy my workouts. This was my first ever weightlifting program, and I'm so proud of myself to sticking to it for 3 whole months straight!!! Your talks at the end during the cool down have literally been the only thing keeping me going with all of the stress in my life lately. So much love to you, and Dustin, and Ari!!! Thank you for everything! I'll certainly keep coming back for more in the days ahead! You're a wonderful trainer, and I so wish I could shake your hand for pushing me to go harder when I can and reminding me to rest when I need to. You're a real gem! ❤

Healthy mindset that’s what i finally have thanks to these videos…..I used to starve myself and take stool softeners to eliminate the foods i did eat. I’ve come to realize that healthy is a mindset. Stop hate that i had for my body and to love it the way it deserved. Thank you for all the great closing thoughts and moments of motivation. I am finally strong mind and body. ❤

Today was tough for me. I felt sluggish and "heavy" the whole way through. But I pushed as hard as I could through to the end. I am proud of showing up and finishing strong. I have lots of room for growth and improvement in my cardio workouts but I'm here to keep getting better with the best trainer and squad there is! Way to work y'all! This was a tough one for me. I didn't think I was a low on motivation when I started but powering through the cardio was a fight. I needed to hear what Sydney said about feeling weaker before you get stronger. I'm feeling weak today but I didn't stop and gave it all I could.

25 minutes in I was totally spent, started stressing out how am I going to finish. Sydney's mantra came to me 'breathe don't leave', kept reciting that to myself and so proud to finish the workout. This one was hard!

I didn't wake up early in the morning to workout so I had to do it after work I honestly feel like today's 100% wasn't my usual 100% but the important thing is I showed up and even though I took lots of breaks I finished the entire workout, I'm proud of myself, the days we don't wanna show up but we still show up are the days that count the most!

really like the variety between longer and shorter workouts! was trying to pick a favorite and landed on liking both!
