Today's workout has 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest. Make sure you advance your challenge in some way between your three rounds of work. I will challenge you to go heavier or increase your tempo to work harder each round!

3. Bent Rows alternating
4. Hammer curls alternating
5. Tricep OH Extensions
6. Back flyes
7. Tricep Kickbacks
8. Jackknives two legs
9. Jackknives slow one leg
10. Straight leg bicycles
11. Regular bicycles
12. Toe touches with leg drop
13. Straight arm sit up

This has been a tough week dealing with my body feeling slow and sluggish all week long but something Sydney said really encouraged me. She said focus on the quality of the movements and not how many I'm cranking out. That really helped remind me that change comes from how I perform and not just moving my body through as many reps as possible.

This is the longest exercise program I’ve ever completed start to finish. I used to just do 4-5 week programs because they felt easier to commit to. I am so proud of myself for overcoming another preconceived barrier I had for myself and I am beyond thankful to Sydney and her family for helping me continue to break down my fitness walls. ❤ Sydney, you’re the best!

Pushed through the last three months and didn’t miss a workout. There was lots going on in my life and just promised myself on January 1st that no matter what I would show up every day and complete the workouts - no excuses just had to show up. Was every work done perfectly, not even close but I showed up and pushed start. Throughout the last 4 weeks things have started to balance out and are definitely getting better. With that I started to focus on me and my progress and found that over the last three months I increased my weights, increased my reps, and improved my form. Was so busy taking care of everyone else that I didn’t notice how I was doing. From this I learned I am far stronger, emotionally and physically, than I gave myself credit for and that taking a little time for myself every day makes me stronger and healthier. So looking forward to the next 4 months and continued improvement on in my overall fitness and the balance exercise brings to my life.
Thank you Sydney for you motivational comments and encouragement. You have no idea what you helped me through these past few months and I am grateful to have you inspire me to do my best every day. 🙏❤️

Can’t believe we are almost done with this three month program, feeling stronger, and so proud of myself for pushing myself to achieve more each day. Another great arms and core workout. Love all the ab moves at the end.
Going to be finishing off The Process here tomorrow morning, having missed a few from this month but for good reason - I am going a frozen embryo transfer tomorrow :) Then have to take it easy for at least two weeks afterwards. I will miss working out with Sydney and starting into PRE but will get back to it just as soon as I can. Thank you for all the amazing workouts from September until now, as I prepped for this day both physically and mentally. Thank you!
That was it! Well technically I have 20 minutes left of a leg workout from last week. Outside of that every single process is done! Feeling great. Taking a little break from doing every workout to focus on biking. But will still pick 2 or 3 a week. Thank you Sydney! 🎉

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson suitable for men? I am a man and just started this lesson but it was brutal😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped at around the 14 min mark😟I feel really low. I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered as all the women here!
Omg! 😮my core didn’t like me, but went all out with a few adjustments! I am AO much stronger and so excited to start training!! 🎉

Amazing I made it when she said the rest is abs with 20 minutes left I thought no way I am making that. But I did. Proud of that. It helped not planks my shoulders cannot handle long plank workouts. Can’t wait to see next months format❤
