      I wouldn't be asking her that question honestly. She's not a doctor, dietician or gastrointestinal specialist who has specialized in those type of things. Even a registered dietician might be a better person to ask that question.

    Thanks for another great workout! I really need help with pushups. I am finally trying to perform them correctly and going all the down to the floor. I can only do them on my knees and I’m lucky if I get 5 in. My biggest challenge is proper nutrition

      How much is it?
      I've been watching various RUclips videos for nutrition since I have high blood pressure so I research vegetables that will naturally lower my blood pressure ❤

    loved this today! this is shallow-but if you're by a mirror, do that last set checking out your arms. It's incredibly flattering! (and definitely game me a boost of confidence)

    This was a great workout for this one-legged Sydney fan! Been making it work for the last month and a half. I hope to be back on two feet (with some PT thrown in to regain foot strength and balance) by the time Summertime Fine rolls around.

    I was SO tired after work today and knew that if I delayed at all, I wouldn’t work out. Jumped right into it, got a great workout, and I’m less cranky now. 😁 Thank you!

    I crushed it!!! Loved this workout. I am loving the strength workouts and the push to try harder. I am pushing myself to get 1 more rep each set or i up my weight and do as many as I can.

    My arms are shaking! That was a burn. I don't know how I kept up with Sydney but somehow I made it to the end. Feeling proud and ready for tomorrow.

    I was sore and shaking after the push up set! I'm working on getting back into a viable routine after 6 weeks with an ankle injury which prevented me from doing a lot of cardio. I really appreciate your talk today on doing things that support this as a lifestyle.

    Having to focus on my mental health more than anything lately and these workouts are a huge part of that. No better way to get in the mindset for your day than this. More important that I track my mood vs calories for now so I might gain a few pounds but that's OK!!! Thanks for the serotonin and confidence boost Sydney!

    I Should have waited until tonight to get this workout in... arms are on fire. Which is good. I'm going to feel the burn all day.
    Legs are still tired from yesterday. I shake going down stairs.

    I have been working out with you know since January 2. That was for me one of the best workouts in the past 4 months..A keeper for sure! One suggestion. How about a Men’s line of workout wear! I feel left out. You can have your honey model them….😊

    Adjustable weights- ick. Even though Sydney is using adjustable too! I am someone that changes weights a lot and there was very little transition time in this workout. My adjustable also aren’t great for kickbacks so even in a move I didn’t need to adjust, I’m uncomfortable.
    The burn is incredible and Sydney really made me push in ways I didn’t think possible. She’s so fierce!

    My core is the weakest and need to do sit ups with feet anchored….but definitely getting better at it. Push-ups are hard too…doing them using the bench or doing wall push ups 😬I need to work on flexibility too. Love the workouts!!!

    started my day off with a 8 miles walk an my quadriceps are OUCH from yesterdays workout, 💯💪 going to do a stretch and no my arms are burning but I am see a difference in my body even though I've been working out for 30 plus years thanks Sydney 😍
