Thanks for another great workout! I really need help with pushups. I am finally trying to perform them correctly and going all the down to the floor. I can only do them on my knees and I’m lucky if I get 5 in. My biggest challenge is proper nutrition
How much is it? I've been watching various RUclips videos for nutrition since I have high blood pressure so I research vegetables that will naturally lower my blood pressure ❤
loved this today! this is shallow-but if you're by a mirror, do that last set checking out your arms. It's incredibly flattering! (and definitely game me a boost of confidence)

I have been working out with you know since January 2. That was for me one of the best workouts in the past 4 months..A keeper for sure! One suggestion. How about a Men’s line of workout wear! I feel left out. You can have your honey model them….😊
Adjustable weights- ick. Even though Sydney is using adjustable too! I am someone that changes weights a lot and there was very little transition time in this workout. My adjustable also aren’t great for kickbacks so even in a move I didn’t need to adjust, I’m uncomfortable. The burn is incredible and Sydney really made me push in ways I didn’t think possible. She’s so fierce!

Currently working in meal prepping regularly again so I can pay attention to portion size and nourish my body to fuel all this muscle I’m trying to build ❤💪🏼

My core is the weakest and need to do sit ups with feet anchored….but definitely getting better at it. Push-ups are hard too…doing them using the bench or doing wall push ups 😬I need to work on flexibility too. Love the workouts!!!

started my day off with a 8 miles walk an my quadriceps are OUCH from yesterdays workout, 💯💪 going to do a stretch and no my arms are burning but I am see a difference in my body even though I've been working out for 30 plus years thanks Sydney 😍
