Will there be another strictly strength training program in April without Cardio. I love the strength only workouts!!!!! Just started this program yesterday and loved it!

I honestly have never said I love an upper body workout before but I loved this😅 the bodyweight warm up in the beginning put me in the perfect mindset and the pause for the triceps ❤️🔥 I don't know what those haters are talking about on Instagram Flex feels completely different than any other program! I workout in my living with my tv. This one got me today. I had to drop weight at the end because my arms were shaking. I love that in Flex we’re giving our chest some love 💪❤️

Been pretty sick and struggling to breathe so I’ve had to sit out of a few workouts and been having so much fomo that today even with a slight fever I forced myself to push play!! My goodness that was hard to push through but I made it sweaty, shaking, and breathing hard! Flex day 2! Crushed it!!
