      Will there be another strictly strength training program in April without Cardio. I love the strength only workouts!!!!! Just started this program yesterday and loved it!

    So much harder than the previous programs and I’ve been doing them almost two years ! She’s really bringing it. Can’t wait to see the changes I’ll make ! She about took me out with this one. 😂

    WOW!!! 💪🔥🔥🔥 I’m so proud of myself for getting through that without! I gave it all I could on that last burpee set…and it took every bit of energy I had left. I even yelled out to my husband and asked him to “make Sydney stop!” 🤣

    I honestly have never said I love an upper body workout before but I loved this😅 the bodyweight warm up in the beginning put me in the perfect mindset and the pause for the triceps ❤️‍🔥 I don't know what those haters are talking about on Instagram Flex feels completely different than any other program!     I workout in my living with my tv. This one got me today. I had to drop weight at the end because my arms were shaking. I love that in Flex we’re giving our chest some love 💪❤️

    First workout in 5 days! Been pretty sick and struggling to breathe so I’ve had to sit out of a few workouts and been having so much fomo that today even with a slight fever I forced myself to push play!! My goodness that was hard to push through but I made it sweaty, shaking, and breathing hard! Flex day 2! Crushed it!!
