This may be my favourite arm workout of the past three years. The 30 second work periods really allow me to try and use the max weights I can. I enjoyed the variety too. Not tedious at all!
I feel the muscles in my arms and shoulders after this workout, which I completed on Sunday, 10-22-2023! Anyone else? Keep on working on your body, mind, soul, and health!
Loved this today!! Upper body is my favorite- I still struggle with shoulder press especially on left side- I have really enjoyed REPS and honestly wouldn’t min a REPS 2…. Love our trainer💕💕- she has SO made me better all across the board!😊

Whew! I’m strong, and I’m getting stronger. I almost got seven hours of sleep last night. I have been working on focusing on my well-being. I’m working on this in my therapy sessions.
I needed the post workout talk today. I am having a tough day at work today but I made time to workout on lunch and I noticed going into it I wasn't really focused and just trying to get through it. About 10 mins in my focus changed to "I made time for me, I am here putting in the work, I can do hard things and I've survived every challenge before this. Let's go" Crazy how much a few good reps can change your day ❤🔥

Just did this Friday workout on Sunday as Friday is my rest day….. I usually run on Saturday’s and Sunday is my day to do your Friday and Saturday postings….. whew… loved this upper body today-single arm workout really connects me with mind/muscle-thanks so much for you do for us Sydney!❤😊

Another killer⚡️I wouldn’t dare to imagine me pulling this one off before I discovered Sydney. Merely 4 months later, I’m no longer intimidated by weight training and can’t believe how much I’m able to handle💪🏼 Definitely transformative❤
Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans as weights but could not make it past 19 minutes in the lesson as my arms completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with dumbbells from 12 - 30 lbs! She has the tremendous thick swole biceps, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

I doubted myself, but I finished it....even at one point realizing that at a few times I was using the same weights as Sydney. For me that's crazy. She pushes me work harder and I always do my best to do that.
You guys!! I went off program🙈 ugh I'm so over the straight weight training. One month is good I do feel stronger but I miss the cardio. I hope next month its incorporated. I did the finale burn episode instead... I really miss these type of workouts 😅
I get that, but your still getting cardio in these work outs! my heart rate gets higher lifting heavy weights like in these types of work outs then bouncing around personally.

@rupinjeremiah9589 Yes, lots of men do her workouts! As is the case for anyone, you just need to give yourself some time and grace. It's a marathon, not a sprint 😊 Keep at it, and you will get stronger!

As a man, I really want to feel strong and confident in front of my MIL. She told me that with regular sessions over time even my arms might bulge thickly like hers or like Sydney ma'am's! Is that really possible for me? I have very low self-esteem and a poor body image.
Sydney, just a general comment. I do think my everydayposture is better. Even when I am just walking the dog. I do think I carry myself better. Love you.
