Same here. I know we can go find add ons, etc., but it's nice when it's programmed start to finish to give an adequate time for work. With a 30 minute workout, subtract the warm up and cool down, it's only about 24 minutes of work, not even counting the rest times of a minute between sets. Just doesn't feel substantial enough for me.
I've been using the shorter workouts to really increase my weights. Decreased time working out means we can really crank! I've been feeling so strong at the end of each workout and feeling like I gave it everything I had! 😊

For those who think 30 minutes isn’t long enough, just add on if you want. Personally, I think when focusing on just one area of the body, 30 minutes is good, especially when using challenging weights, good reps and form.

I saw my sister Debra and her son today. They was amazed about how my body looks and how small my body has become. This is the first time I have seen them in yrs. (I felt so free and alive finally my family see the real Panther) I have been working out with you for a long time. My life has totally changed! I have learned if you want something in life you must be consistent and always believe in yourself. Also never give up on your real and true self! People will put you down but go on with your life. Do what ever makes you happy in your life! I crushed this workout dancing with my Cat! You always do a excellent and amazing job

Crushed it. Super hard workout...the sweat was just everywhere. Sydney always surprises us. Looking at the workout, I thought ...straight sets ...how hard couldn't be. Boy was I wrong!!!! Thanks Sydney for motivating us and being our trainer.
Just did this workout and your Arms workout back to back. I cut down on weights for the latter. I am just so proud of myself for doing it. Thanks for the nice videos. I did modify the kneeling exercises. It’s hard getting up and down after age 60.

This was great! I loved the options for an active rest, between that and pushing up weight, I got to the end completely spent! Since my hydration and nutrition are solid right now, today I will try to get a little more movement in before bed.

Oh My Goodness!! Why did I do this after an older upper body turn up yesterday? I filled in yesterday because of timing. I did stay with consistent weights for the entire workout which surprised me. #thestruggleisreal ❤❤❤💪💪💪

I have been rewinding the last 10 minutes and adding in my own moves to make it a 40 minute workout. ❤
30 minutes is perfect for me. Thankfully Sydney has a full library of 45 and 60 minute workouts to do if necessary.
Sydney has lots of workouts in her channel. Add on a 10 or 15 workout if you feel you need more. Use her channel to the fullest!

I’m loving the 30 minute workouts! They are just long enough for me since I have two babies, but I still have goals.
Have been working out with sydney for more than an year and this has to be her best workout, so interesting!
