Hi Sydney! Please consider bringing back some 50 and 60 min for those of us that like the longer workouts. With the shorter ones, by the time warm up/cool down and rest times, the active time is quite minimal. I’m grateful for what you do for us and how hard you work! Just wanted to throw out there for consideration. THANK YOU! 🫶
I’ve been pushing so hard and it’s paying off. I shoulder pressed 35 pound dumbbells (each arm) today! Never in my life did I think I’d be able to do that. I started 4 years ago barely being able to shoulder press 5 pounds each arm. LFG!!!!!
Airplane arms....whoo! Sydney, I have followed you since 2019 when you did daily workouts, then you dropped to five and now it's only 3....I miss your workouts! I would definitely not be disappointed if you went back to 5!

Hey team I didn’t workout yesterday as a day off but hit this today. Loved this upper body burner to make those glutes a little jealous that Sydney cooked up the other day. 😅 I really liked those bent arm shoulder push ups. 💪🏽👍🏼
I crushed this upper body strength workout! 💥🏋♀Wow Sydney, I really felt the burn, especially in my shoulders! 🔥I am getting so much stronger every time I workout, as I am reaching for heavier weights, and pushing out more reps. 💪 Now it's time for some recovery, with a nutritious and delicious breakfast to fuel my muscles for the day! 😁
Came back to this one today, because I loved it so much 2 weeks ago! Whew, my upper body is PUMPED, and I'm feeling strong! 💪That last builder push at the end is the perfect finisher. I did cardio for 45 seconds during the 60 second "rest" periods in between sets. After this workout, I put on a miniband to work the glutes for 10 minutes, then did 16 jump squats with the band on. That's a complete workout! 💦😅

I used soda cans as weights but could not make it past 12 minutes in the lesson as my arms completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with dumbbells from 12 - 30 lbs! She has the tremendous thick swole biceps, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

WOW WOW WOW!!!!! When I spotted the braid, I knew this would be an AWESOME workout!!! My arms thank you, I however, still need a few minutes to think about that!!
I prefer 30min workouts, as I do them early in the morning before work BUT I enjoyed this 40min Arms workout (just mean less snooze button hits haha). I loved the new front raise move as I could really feel those! Knowing it was all upper body helped me get out of bed for this workout :) Thank you!

Ample rest breaks so I was able to PUSH HEAVY and felt strong 💪🏼 Great chatty energy from Sydney too and I liked the two new shoulder moves. Can’t wait to do it again! 😉

Loving being on holiday and able to use heavier weights than I have at home. Hotel gym empty again.Crushed it!.Off to do my daily 1 k swim as stretch out.. How lucky am I to go on holiday and get my beloved exericise too! Thanks Sydney for great and challenging work out..I pushed myself with the heavier weights.
My arms are hot like a firecracker right now! I love the two 30-minute workouts and one 40-minute workout. I am going to focus on recovery for the rest of the day.
