    This workout is such a great ending to the week and I want you to crush it with me! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds each and I'll give you 15 seconds rest. Grab water, watch for what's next, and work hard!!

    2. Skull Crushers
    3. Tricep Kickbacks
    4. Straight arm Kickbacks
    5. Hammer Curls
    6. Kneeling supinated curls
    7. Drag curls
    8. Curl and ½

    Woot Hoot! OMGeesh! wowza woowwweeeee!!!!! My arms are full shaking as I type this. My gosh! I lifted more that I usually do though. This is awesome. Just try it mentality working really well. I can always scale down if I need to but heck, I'm here NOW, might as well try it! Thanks Sydney!!!!! Today I will walk at least 4 miles. :)

    Loved this workout; however, I have one critique for Sydney. Please explain the proper form for each exercise IN DETAIL before the 1st set and not after the 2nd or start of the 3rd set. By that time, someone could have already injured themselves. I have done this a few times, but I still enjoy all your workouts and your dedication to helping us!

    Needed this workout after an ER visit for a kid. They are fine, but now feeling all the stress. Thank you Sydney for helping me remember that even when I am stressed to push to my goals and remember them

    Doing this a day late cos I had migraine yesterday but was sooo looking forward to doing it!!! Woo what a 🔥. I couldn't help myself but do the 90 second hold on both bi's and tri's 😊, week 1 of tier 2 complete!

    Oh my upper spicy bi’s and tri’s. Feeling real food after this one. I’m working on adding more protein and eliminating refined carbs from my plant based diet. It is difficult traveling! Thanks Sydney ❤❤❤❤

    My arms were shaking after the tricep part. I'm proud that I didn't use that as an excuse to go easy on biceps. This workout was a burner and I loved it!

      Wow, 21 pounds is amazing arm strength! Is this lesson for men as well? I am a guy and started training! I could only manage this training with 1 lb dumbbells and stopped after like the 20 minute mark as my arms just gave up😔I could not even finish 1 round of hammer curls with 1 pound weights 😔

      @rupinjeremiah9589 I am a Mom and regularly carry my 30 pound daughter in my arms so that may have something to do with it :) when I came back after giving birth I could barely lift 10lbs. We all have to start somewhere!

      @@kellibechtel Thanks for your encouragement! I did this lesson with my auntie. I just gave up even as I was using 1 pound weights. My auntie did the full lesson with dumbbells from 20 to 30 pounds :( I wish I can be so strong and muscular as the women here!

    I crushed Week 1 of Tier 2! I had a challenging week. I did our workouts, stretch, and yoga every day. Tomorrow, I’m going to add a foam roller stretch. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

    Hello Sydney, a friend shared this workout with me and I noticed there are no plank or pushups moves, which is perfect since my left is arm is still recovering from tennis elbow. I used super light weight on the left side, sometimes no weight. Used light & medium weights on the right side. Wow! Loved the burn on the right side! Can you make more of these workouts?     It's sometimes hard to motivate on Saturdays because it's the weekend, but I never let that stop me 'cause I know I'll feel so good afterwards. Thank you so much Sydney! I'm feeling super strong after this week of tough workouts! I'm still sore too!
