Full Upper Body Dumbbell Workout to Build Strength! *Crazy Burnout!*

  • This upper body workout will show you how strong you really are in your arms, chest, back, and shoulders! Be ready to push through a burn and finish your workout with a freestyle minute of work where you choose your finisher! Grab your dumbbells and get ready to push yourself, I'll be with you every REP of the way!

    This workout was humbling and oh my goodness I was pushing myself hard! We are rocking two rounds of each exercise so make sure your second round is the round that you really level it up. I want you to go heavier in dumbbells or give more intensity! I also want you to focus on your breath and making sure you stay calm and stay strong. The dumbbells I used for this workout are 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs, 25 lbs, and 30 lbs but grab weights that challenge you!

    Investing in my health and wellbeing being new adjustable and heavier weights because I am worth it.       Hi Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 4 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 20s and even 25s dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

      Good morning, way to go! On the last burn out minute, I chose OH tricep extension. My puppy came running down & distracted me (didn't jump on me) & that helped me get through the burn. My pup is 10 months old, I am so glad for these workouts & community!!

      @@rupinjeremiah9589 Hey! Haha yeah, my husband does these workouts as well. Just not consistently so we're pushing the same weights. I started out with Sydney when she first started almost 6 years ago, so I'm on par with her weights but start out much lighter. Start using those soda cans and body weight and work your way up. Get some 5s and 8s. Then some 10s. No need to feel bad. Everyone has to start somewhere. I was stuck on 15s for a long time. You can def. do it. Modify until you get to where you want and then push up. Don't give up. That's the most important. When you wake up in the am or right after work, jump into your workout clothes. That's the hardest part. Then you're ready to smash it.

      @@racheltobolThank you for your guidance, Rachel ma'am! My MIL told me to try it again after a few days rest without any weights to see how many minutes I can last! My MIL does this powerful exercise very regularly with her heavy dumbbells! I cannot even move her dumbbells from the ground 😔 I really want to build biceps if it is possible!? I tried an arm-wrestle test against my MIL's arm but I could not even move her arm even when I used both my arms together against her one arm 😟 As a man, I really want to feel confidence and self esteem in front of my MIL

    Just what the doctor ordered! Almost 6 weeks post op from my second Labrum surgery and still unable to do lower body work so this was truly my mental health saver today. As always, well thought out and challenging until the end. Love ya woman-Noel
