    I’d love more 20 minute workouts! I’ve done them all many many times. They pair so nicely with running beforehand.

    Note to self: NEVER underestimate a 20 min Sydney’s workout!!! WOOO this was a burner!!! Loved the moves esp the shoulder moves!!!

      Hi Kassie! What size dumbbells did you use? I am a guy and recently started training when I found this channel! But I could only manage these exercises with 1 lb dumbbells and had to stop after around the 13 minute mark as my arms just gave up 😟

      @@rupinjeremiah9589 hi!! I used from 5, 10,15,20 and 25s pounds. I used depending on the move. You will build up just keep at it! 💪🏻

    I've been recovering from an injury and my workouts have included stretches, walking videos, and one of your pilates vids. Today was the FIRST TIME I've lifted weights in about two months! All glory to the Lord for His healing, help, and strength and presence in my life. Life isn't void of trials and I'm grateful that He is faithful in the ups and downs

      Hi Emma! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used 1 lb dumbbells and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with dumbbells of 15s, 20s, and 25s.

    Super fast paced! This is the first Sydney workout I've done that didn't include a warm up or cool down, so I wasn't prepared. Would be great if it could be added to the description.

    I had so many excuses as to why I couldn't work out. Gym is too much money. Gas is too high to get to the gym. I can't go to the park because I have Allergies. My Anxiety and Depression causes me to have highs and lows. One minute I'm gungho the next time I'm down. Then I saw you working out pregnant. I was so encouraged. Thank you.     I am so grateful for these short workouts that Sydney has on the channel. I use them when I have every excuse for why I don't have time to workout. Something is better than nothing I figure so 20 minutes it is. I know that Sydney makes you work the whole time so it's always going to be a burner. This was no exception. Arms are on fire.

    Thank you Sydney, this is my first workout after my ankle surgery! Your mindset has imbibed into my mindset which has brought me back to the mat, absolutely grateful to you, I have developed the courage to stay put, enjoy the burn with a smile on my face.     Strength day 3 crushed! Little 20 minute workout was no joke. Thank you Sydney for this awesome workout. I am really loving these 20 and 30 minute workouts. I've been incorporating 30 minute early morning walks into my fitness routine along with Sydney's amazing strength programs. I'm feeling so strong and happy.

    Did the warm up from the repeat Amrap also posted today, but am sticking to the "live ones" as long as Sydney keeps posting. We also know to be afraid of a 30 minute Sydney workout. Now we know to be really afraid of a 20 minute Sydney workout! Great burner. Time to stretch, my shoulders are HOT!.

    I was tired going into today’s workout because I’m on my period but I did the workout. My shoulders are hot to the touch. I’m going to do our stretch tonight to recover from our workout. I’m proud of myself for doing every workout this week since it was a tough week. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you for our next workout.
