My Anxiety and Depression causes me to have highs and lows. One minute I'm gungho the next time I'm down. Then I saw you working out pregnant. I was so encouraged. Thank you. I was super dizzy this morning and felt awful, so I was glad todays workout was only 20 min, but it was not easy, arms are shaking! Happy to see another workout from the best trainer ❤
I am so grateful for these short workouts that Sydney has on the channel. I use them when I have every excuse for why I don't have time to workout. Something is better than nothing I figure so 20 minutes it is. I know that Sydney makes you work the whole time so it's always going to be a burner. This was no exception. Arms are on fire.

I was tired going into today’s workout because I’m on my period but I did the workout. My shoulders are hot to the touch. I’m going to do our stretch tonight to recover from our workout. I’m proud of myself for doing every workout this week since it was a tough week. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you for our next workout.

Woke up with a kink in my neck/shoulder, so this was great to work that out. I added in a 20 minute back/shoulder stretch for good measure.
