20 Minute Glute Band Burnout Workout!

  • Today is a power glutes workout so be ready to get your burn on! This workout consists of 20 glute exercises with your glute resistance bands for 50 seconds each. I used my light band but you can use the strength that suits you! Don't forget to take these exercises nice and slow to feel that glute activation and advance your glute band strength as time goes on! Let me know what you thought of this workout!

    After healing from a IT band injury my physical therapist recommended I strengthen my glutes to avoid future injuries. After a year of Sydney’s glute exercises twice a week I am injury free. I just completed the Buffalo (NY) 1/2 Marathon! Thank you Sydney! You’ve made me a stronger runner!

    For anyone feeling defeated… I work out six days a week for at least 45 minutes/ day. It took me 10 times to be able to get through this entire video, and I had to use an extra light band! It is tough, and so worth it! Thank you, Sydney!

    I was in a different mood today, did 45 minutes of arms, 6 minutes of abs, 5 minutes of calves and then this. Still, I have energy! So happy with all the effort!

    Hello! I really liked this workout. I have been weightlifting with mostly you for about three years now. I’m 38 soon. I have noticed certain limitations my body is starting to make me aware of, just a general wear and tear that being alive will do to you (right hip).
    I really liked this workout because it engaged my glutes and challenged me in a way that didn’t compromise my back or require me to hold very heavy weights which can sometimes be tiring for my hands.
    Personally, I’ve been incorporating more yoga and Pilates style routines into my week, that’s just what my body is telling me I need right now. I’ve also decided to cut back on how heavy of weights I lift to focus more on maintaining my strength but not injuring myself trying to max out every day. The joys of hitting 40 soon.
    So again, thank you for this gentle yet very effective glute band workout, it got me sweaty!!!

    that was pretty great! going into my favorites for sure. i used my medium RC band the whole time and for most of the moves i held a 30 pound weight!

    This was the best band and glute exercise I have done so far. I am 71 years old and very regular with exercises. I was looking for something that is challenging and yet low impact, with the potential to scale up…I have finally discovered it. A big thumbs up. Plan to share with my children too….

    Enjoyed this short glute workout. Did it for the second time, after a short yoga practice and feels great. Plan to "save" this one for when I"m traveling since all it requires is a glute band. Thanks Sydney!

    I’ve done this work out at least 20 times and I share it often. It is definitely a favorite on my list and I make sure on rest day is this is one that I do. I also use these moves as subs for moves like lunges that I can’t do often and this is a good library of Gluth moves that you can substitute in or remember Plus a great one for travel just all-around great. I love it.

    Mrs. Sydney, this was my first workout with you. I have owned these bands for years and never really used them. This work was a great challenge but doable. That last exercise was hard, but I hung in there. I look forward to doing more workouts with you.
