      The last two exercises were tough especially on the back of the 30 minute workout...everything shaking but getting stronger every day...thank you Sydney and Dustin 🙏

    I thought all bands were created equally--WRONG! I received Sydney's "heavy" band yesterday and put it to use today. The band is awesome, no slipping and MUCH more resistance than the rubber bands. I highly encourage everyone to purchase Sydney's bands. Sore legs tomorrow for me!

    Did this with a 10 minute cardio workout with my daughter for her PE and then later today I will do today’s 30 min with my son for his PE!! I love that they love to do Sydney workouts for PE ❤️❤️❤️

    Love these shorter bonus workouts! Means I can move around and get the heart pumping during my lunch break (and still leave enough time to eat food).

    The toughest move for me was standing abductions (almost the last move), but only on my right side. I have been noticing that my right side in glutes and hammies is a bit weaker than left so that is definitely something I need to work on. Thank you for another round of great and challenging workout

    WOW! Me saying, "my glutes are dead" would be an understatement! This was my first workout with my resistance bands and it felt so great!! I never knew what I was missing out on! Thank you so much Sydney. Keep crushing it!!

    I'm not sure the name, I think bridge pull through, the exercise from 10:00-9:00... anyway, I used to never be able to do them...I was shocked today I did them all no problem 💪 thank you, Sydney !

    I didn't have a lot of time to workout today but I was determined to do something. Sydney to the rescue with a 15 minute burner. Thank you Sydney for always having what we need when we need it.

    Thank you Sydney for doing a workout with resistance band. I love them. I don't have heavy weights and I would like to use more my resistance band. Also, I do have the large resistance band. I crushed :)

    This was amazing! I am 41 almost 42, and it has become harder to do longer exercises with strength training. Too many years as an athlete and not truly understanding how important nutrition, hydration, and recovery are. I do about 5 of the 15 minute videos a day. I work from home, so it is awesome to be able to have a short little burst of exercise.

    Loved this workout! I would pair this with the jump rope workout while traveling because ether both use equipment that are easy to take with you!

    I crushed both workouts today! My favorite move was the plié squat at the end of the workout. I loved the variety of bodyweight and glute resistance bands. I hope everyone enjoyed both workouts and I’ll see you tomorrow for Day 9!
