Definitely need more 15 minute workouts like this. I hate having to go to other channels for an extra 10 or 15 minute add on since I've already done all of these so many times now

Same!! At the end of that AMRAP I didn't think my arms could take any more... and the dips/push-ups in this 15mins almost got me but I made it through!! This one is now saved in my Favourites list!

Just what I needed. I was going to skip working out altogether today but I remembered the 15 minutes workouts. I could do 15 minutes. Thank you for having these Sydney so I could stay consistent. It was a lot of fun too. I like the use of the bench throughout the workout. It kept it interesting and different.

looking back 2 years ago at my comment... i did this on a rest day. today this took all of my effort. i have been up an down in my fitness journey for sure, but it is never too late to do the next right thing
I like the 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 min workouts for when I'm short on time or want a little cardio and a little strength. This bench workout was different and fun. Keep up the creativity with unique ways to move and improve! 💪

I’m shocked how much I really liked it. I really wasn’t sure if I would and I really did. I did this after the 45 minute hiit workout with the outfit Sydney wore that was silver sports bra and shorts. It was really hard but those two went well together!
Added this to a 45 min glute and cardio AMRAP. I go back to this workout to see my progress I'm getting there .. next I'll get better at BOX jumps!! I now can do split squats!!!
When I only have 15 minutes for a workout, this is a great one. I love that it’s scalable for my needs or abilities that day and doesn’t require equipment.

Thanks Syd! This was great! I had to use a chair, stairs, a couch arm, and a wall ledge but I made it work without a bench! I am loving these 15-20 minute add ons! I normally do your 30-45 minute workouts (occasionally 50, rarely 60) so I like that I can add these at the end to make a workout longer or pair the shorter ones together! Thanks for all you do!
Rest day today for the activate program but I was up early and motivated so I did this and the 20 min seated stretch. Great way to start the day! Thank you for all of these workouts :)
