Woooof! Before i begin my wprkout i saw the duration of this workout and i said with my self: it a short and eas ly workout but when i finish this, im crushed😅 its high impact and its very very very good🎉
Let me tell you: I'm nearly 5 months postpartum and this lower impact month is the best to get back to working out! I love it because, even if I still have to modify some exercises, I start feeling like myself again!

Same, but I save these for “rest days” and do day 2 of lower body for me, since I want to do legs twice a week.
