    Wow! Holy hamstrings! The jump rope portion was difficult, but I embraced it. When Sydney said we could freestyle at the end and said "Criss cross" I wondered to myself, "Do I remember how to do that?" Another flashback to middle school! So I tried it, and turns out I can do it still! Whacked the back of my legs with the rope a few times, but who cares? I am here to embrace challenges! Thanks, Sydney.

    I absolutely love this short fitness routine, which I completed again on Thursday, 2-15-2024! I must mention that I am a huge fan of Sydney and Dustin as well as their apparel line and fitness equipment.

    Just banged out both of today's workouts and I'm on vacation (usually I "postpone" (/suspend) all my workouts when vacationing. I feel so proud of myself and now I will enjoy the day even more :)

    I was just looking for a 20 minute cardio workout that I won't hate. And this delivered. And the motivational speech at the end somehow really got to me, normally I don't really care about such things, but now, after a year at home in COVID, I have gained a lot of weight and I have not moved at all and feel bad about it, so your little pep talk at the end really made me feel better! Thank you!

    Hi from the UK! I couldn't be bothered this morning. I wanted to do a 30 or 40 minute workout but I just didn't want to- so tired. I was going to just sit quietly before the rest of the house woke up, but I saw a this 20 min workout and smashed it! A short workout is better than no workout. I just have to work on not feeling guilty for doing a shorter one than usual. Thanks Sydney. I LOVE your workouts. 4 evenings a week I love to sit and choose one of your workouts for the next morning. You're such a great motivator. My children always listen to your motivational talks at the end of every workout with me. They help us all! Lots of love!

    I crushed both workouts to start the week! I did make the side plank spicy by lifting my top leg to continue working on my goal of single leg side plank. I’m proud of myself for doing both workouts and now I’m going to go work on finishing my Senior Tax Specialtist Exam that I have been working on at home.

    Wow. I haven't used a jump rope in YEARS! I tripped, hit, and stumbled so many times. I stuck with it and did! I'll definitely be back to do this again, so that I can do jump rope with easy! I am capable!! Thank you!

    This was the first video I've ever done from Sydney. I never enjoyed cardio and had no motivation to do it. I did this...and felt unstoppable afterwards. It was so much fun, and so challenging! I loved it! Thank you so much. I feel so proud of myself for the first time in such a long time.

    Added this to Arms and Abs from Heavy Hiiters Sept 2023! Can I just say Sydneys cardio workouts are the best because they aren't filled with just squat/lunge variations, the moves are always so creative 👌

    I love this workout - I have been using exercising until 35th week of pregnancy and post I find it quick and effective short workout when my baby naps. Ideal for new mums who struggle with time and daily routine

    Always the most inspiring me! Have had a hard two weeks...got fired from my job but I've been looking at it as an invitation to start my own business and I've been feeling so excited! BUT today I have just been feeling a little down. Then did your workout and your message at the end totally uplifted me! I can figure this all out.     I crushed it!!!! When this was made I never would have been able to do this workout at high intensity like I did today on 1/22/22. I have come so far since 2020. I am 40 lbs. lighter, I am clear of knee pain, I have tons of energy, and I have been consistent since the summer of 2020 with Sydney and Dustin. Thank you!!!!!

    I did the 30 minute workout awhile ago and was very short on time. This workout was perfect for me. I got a good sweat and also felt one step closer to my fitness goals. I enjoyed the peptalk at the end.
