So I tried it, and turns out I can do it still! Whacked the back of my legs with the rope a few times, but who cares? I am here to embrace challenges! Thanks, Sydney.

I was just looking for a 20 minute cardio workout that I won't hate. And this delivered. And the motivational speech at the end somehow really got to me, normally I don't really care about such things, but now, after a year at home in COVID, I have gained a lot of weight and I have not moved at all and feel bad about it, so your little pep talk at the end really made me feel better! Hi from the UK! I couldn't be bothered this morning. I wanted to do a 30 or 40 minute workout but I just didn't want to- so tired. I was going to just sit quietly before the rest of the house woke up, but I saw a this 20 min workout and smashed it! A short workout is better than no workout. I just have to work on not feeling guilty for doing a shorter one than usual. Thanks Sydney. I LOVE your workouts. 4 evenings a week I love to sit and choose one of your workouts for the next morning. You're such a great motivator. My children always listen to your motivational talks at the end of every workout with me. They help us all! Lots of love!

I crushed it!!!! When this was made I never would have been able to do this workout at high intensity like I did today on 1/22/22. I have come so far since 2020. I am 40 lbs. lighter, I am clear of knee pain, I have tons of energy, and I have been consistent since the summer of 2020 with Sydney and Dustin. Thank you!!!!!
