I am feeling amazingly better than when I started today! Brain fog has taken over! However, after doing this workout, and the bonus I am transformed! The impossible feelings change to POSSIBLE! No negativity. If I start knowing that I will do my best, the rest just takes over. Go with the flow and the bonus workout just happened. No doubts, no hesitation! Put ME FIRST!!!! Happy Monday!

Sure way to maximize these 30 minutes - loved the full body Tabata sweat - keep an open mind and we will always learn and grow. Challenges are our teachers. Thank you to our beautiful trainer for keeping a positive mindset and creating these opportunities for us to get stronger, physically and mentally!
Again....crushed this workout. Bonus victory----was able to hold the wide arm/leg plank on my toes....I screamed and my hubby came running. I felt bad that I worked his nerves, but stoked that I could do it!!!! Great tip regarding why we would be sliding in a particular direction. I feel great! So great that I'm headed to the bonus 20 minute cardio sesh!

I crushed this Tabata workout! My new fitness goal is the single leg abductor move. I’m taking a five minute break and I’m going to go do the bonus workout. I did yesterday’s stretch before today’s workouts and I’m glad that I did it.
Did I want to do this workout this morning? No. I thought about skipping it, thinking "ah no one will know". BUT I thought again and said no, I will know and I set a goal to workout 5 days a week so just get up and get moving. Adjust moves if you aren't feeling them. Well, I didn't adjust anything and thought that was a great workout! Sometimes it is a "Jekyll and Hyde" and you have to drown out those negative thoughts/negative speak!

Sydney, you are such a great jump roper! if I had been using a real rope I would have ended up in the ER. Thanks for posting our workouts. I’m doing these out of order because no weights in the hotel so I was glad to have a body weight one to do today, 😘
i wasn't sure how the jump rope was going to go but once I picked it up, I was transported back to my middle school gym class and those strange jump ropes that had the small plastic tube segments around them? Does anyone remember those? I also challenged myself on the adductor exercise. Love that Sydney is always challenging us! Now onto the bonus...
Came into this on November 27th, 2022 feeling overfed and rundown... but once I started moving I couldn't stop! Ended up doing the 20 minute bonus after the 30 minute workout. Feel so much better. Thank you, Sydney!

I really like your motivational talks at the end of the workout. I know it isnt fitness related but this spoke to me. Im not that good at math. Im currently studying the math section for the TEAS exam. It's required as part of a nursing program application. I want to cry sometimes. But I'll look at it as a new challenge I will overcome. A new goal. I will get there with practice. I did finish this workout. Must I try the next 20 minute workout? lol yes.

I'm not a huge Tabata fan but I loved this. The first few exercises I thought it would take forever to get through the 30 minutes. But then it was over so fast. Loved it!
