    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with cardio sculpting and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 11 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest.     OKAYYYY sooo anyone else totally obsessed with telling everyone you possibly can about Sydney and her workouts/challenges and whole being as a human!!!! CAUSE I AM!

    I normally don’t do these workouts till after work. In the evenings. But does anyone else go thru the video quickly so we know what we’re in for??? Lol need to mentally prepare!

      I do! I like to know the moves. I can be soo uncoordinated so it really helps me to watch first. I usually see the move and then fast forward to the next one..

    I’ve been working out with Sydney for 2 years now ( back when she had the white background ). During my lunch break, I’d go to the work gym and if I didn’t have much time, I’d do a Sydney video and I’d be done. Now with lockdown and gyms being too vulnerable to the virus, these videos have been a saving grace for my mind, body, and soul. Thank you Sydney and Dustin! Really.

    Few years ago i thought, i'm not able to do you're workouts. Thinking they are too challenging for me, i'm too old for this kind of wa. I was 50 years old. I've got breast cancer, i had problems with my neck and right arm. A couple months ago i decided to try one of your workouts and i did it. Not the same pace that you do but i did it. I'm now almost 56 (this week) and feeling great. I still have health problems but i can do everything. Sydney, you my angel. I don't know how to thank you enough.

    When you said to describe how you feel without being negative toward yourself, I didn’t realize it how hard that is for me. Everything I think about myself is a criticism. I felt like I was made of concrete today, so I’ll say I feel proud for getting up and completing the workout anyway 🥰

Now that you notice it, start to write down a couple things each day that you're proud of, you appreciate, or note the work you're putting in. I'm excited to watch you start to love yo'self!!!

    OMG!! I did a 4 mile bike ride, 3 mile walk to the end of the beach and then did this workout in 85° and humidity. I am one tired puppy.

    Started out rough for me because I was still sore from yesterday but I pushed through and crushed it! If you did too, awesome job! I was definitely a sweaty mess by the end!

    5 months pregnant, strained from post workout cross country ski hill tumbles x 2 yesterday, sleep deprived and so I almost turned this off in the warm up but I didn't ..... I KNOW how awesome I'll feel after so I adjusted my effort and DID it!! Fun FUN FUN but now I want to do it when I'm full energy and uninjured so I can truly CRUSH it!

    My goal by the end of this month is to actually be able to do the workouts without stopping. I did a bunch of the workouts over the summer and took a break, so now i'm not in as good of shape. So my goal is to actually get through them without stopping! Looking forward to the challenge!

    I was so afraid of this workout, in the last workouts I've felt so low energy, but I came today and said I'll do it with all of me!! and I have to say that I really crushed it! so proud of myself right now! Little tired but I have a big smile and for me is a big success!! this is my sixth month with Sydney and I've lost 6 kg, I'm stronger and fitter!! I really love to workout now!!!!

    I've always been the biggest fan of cardio workouts. Sweating a lot makes me feel like I really gave my all. I have to say this has probably become my favorite workout of yours. I was dying but smiling at the same time. So so thankfull for you, Sydney! Let's get it everyone!

    I loved that cardio workout! The moves were different than what I've done in the past and it made the workout fun! Thank you for including a move that I could use my slam ball! I love when you incorporate some simple at home equipment.

      Believe it or not my 81 year old mom ordered me my slam ball from Amazon for my Christmas gift!
      Last March when COVID began I stopped going to my gym and started creating a pretty nice at home gym. Once I found your videos my gym was complete!

    Like you said, I am awesome. I had super low energy yesterday and gave what I had to my workout. However, I knew with a better night of rest I could crush it. So I showed up today, did the workout again, and CRUSHED IT. I knew I could do better and I had to show myself I am better than what I gave yesterday. Today I am proud of myself and am ready for tomorrow. Thank you!!

      Yes you do! You don't want to make this ride miserable for yourself! I compare it to getting in a taxi and insulting the taxi drive on the whole journey to another state. That ride is miserable for both of you! You are your own taxi driver, give yourself some appreciation!

    My story is a was a lazy couch potato, I was super overweight but when the pandemic hit, I started working out to keep myself busy, some months later I’m here crushing it thanks to the amazing Sydney!!!     How do I feel? Accomplished and energised. Love your workouts; just when I wanted to stop, your pep talks "you can do it, 15 more minutes we can do it". I just get an extra boost of energy, yes we can. And I made to the end.

    I was feeling so TIRED after work and before this workout.... but I pushed myself. Hardest part = showing up. Once you’re in front of the screen and in your zone, you’re golden. THIS CHANGED MY MOOD!!!!! Whatever level you are on FOLLOW ALONG to YOUR capability. Push yourself, get in the zone. SYDNEY, THANK YOU. I feel so amazing.

    This workout got my FITBIT heart rate racing! Awesome cardio! One of my many favorites today was the slam with burpee. The slamming action added a little extra spice! Thanks Coach SC!

    First off, thank you Sydney!! The goal of this channel is what sets it apart from others. I'm so happy I've found a channel that puts the focus on hard work and bringing our individual effort to each workout. You provide an opportunity that doesn't put pressure on specific physical changes that we "should" see at the end of each month (ex. "lean legs in one month" or "abs in one month"). You have set an example for what it means to focus on doing our best and showing up for ourselves and our health. It's not always about looking good, it's more about feeling good!!
