I love it when you post these low impact routines! I got injured last year and going to the gym like I did before has been impossible and my medical care has not been on it. Even if I can't do everything right now it feels great to rebuild some strength, keep up the good work!

I don’t really think anyone will see this, but I’m leaving this here for me. I’ve been working out with Sydney for four years, and I can proudly say I’ve never missed a workout. Two weeks ago, I had surgery on my knee that put me out. Yesterday I was cleared to go back to regular activity. I am finishing Summertime Fine a little late, but I’m finishing!! 💪🏼❤️ I even bought the graffiti and gradient yoga mats to get me back. I’m back! 🎉🥳😎💪🏼

2 months ago when I had just gotten back to working out after baby I felt mentally defeated all I wanted to do was sleep/rest but I knew my future self will be grateful. That future self today is grateful. I am not 100 percent where I want to be( still having a flabby tummy😢) and Today happens to be another tough day mentally but I am glad I got change into my gym clothes and am about to crush this work out. I am proud of myself and my future self will be even more proud ❤❤.

Crushed it!! My knee pain has been flaring up lately but I didn't want to neglect lower body - did all the leg exercises bodyweight today and was SWEATING still. Awesome workout!
Woohoo I crushed it!! Way to go team. I really enjoyed this workout. It definitely ramped up as the workout continued. Feeling great. I did a quick 15 minute cardio to go with this and jogged in place during rest breaks to keep an elevated heart rate. Thank you Sydney ❤❤❤😊
